February 6, 2018In response to your correspondence dated January 29,2018 and received on February 6, 2018 please review copies of the documents on the agreement between the dealer, Dickson Motors, LLC, and [redacted] dated on December 07,2017. [redacted] showed up the dealer begging for...

help do to his previous car was broken down and he needed new transportation. Our dealer policy is as follow:The dealer will finance any car with the half of the amount of the value of the vehicle as down payment, the remaining amount the customer will be paying 50.00 every week or 200.00 per month until the vehicle is paid in full. The customer is responsible for paying taxes, tag or transfer and registration to the state to a reliable notary.[redacted] pledged the office manager and the owner of the dealer to help him due to his financial situation. He explained that he only has 400.00 for down payment. [redacted] was giving a couple choices to help him out with his situation. The vehicles shown to [redacted] did not exceed 3,000.00. The dealer has been serving the community for many years and always is trying to help customers in a difficult situation and keep a couple reliable economic cars for customers in tide financial situation. At the time [redacted] went to the dealer, we had a 2002 [redacted] with the value of 2,500.00; 2003 [redacted] with the value of 1,999.00; 2003 [redacted] with the value of 2,395.00 and a 2002 [redacted] with the value of 2,499.00.[redacted] decided to get the 2003 [redacted]. Tittle, tag and registration need to be paid by the customer with the value of 346.00. [redacted] should provide the down payment of 1,250.00; however, he did not have the complete amount and the dealer give him a change to obtain a vehicle with the 400.00 that he had available; however, [redacted] never explained that he did not have the complete amount to pay the other collaterals to purchase a vehicle according with the law of the State of Pennsylvania. [redacted] was not honest and waited until the notary registered the vehicle with the tittle, tag and registration signed is when [redacted] said that he just has 100.00 available for the tag and registration. Mr. M[redacted] the owner of the dealer trying to help him lent him the rest of the money to complete the transaction (once the tittle was signed and registered by [redacted] it is complex to undo the transaction}. The dealer agreed to add the extra amount to the balance to be paying weekly. Nevertheless, at the time [redacted] went back to the dealer office to pick up the vehicle, he informed to the office manager that he will NOT be able to pay 50.00 every week that he ONLY can pay 50.00 a month. The office manager explained and asked [redacted] if he agreed to the terms and conditions of the sale and he agreed by signing the bill of sale and agreement. The office manager explained to [redacted] that that was NOT the agreement that he signed. To avoid more inconvenience as it was, the office manager adjusted the monthly payment from 200.00 to 100.00 per month.[redacted] contacted the dealer office after his first payment saying that the dealer shout down his vehicle, for missing payment. The office manager explained that his vehicle did not have any GPS device installed (the deafer installed GPS devices on any financial vehicle and the customer needs to pay 125.00 which will be reimburse at the time the vehicle is paid in full.) however, the dealer did not install any GPS device due to obvious reasons. The office manager stated that maybe due to the inclement weather the battery shout down that he needs to the vehicle to a mechanic. A couple weeks later [redacted] show up the dealer stating that the car is not running and did not know what to do. The office manager stated again to take the vehicle to the garage. The office manager in the best of helping [redacted] sent a tow truck to pick the vehicle up at NOT cost to Mr. Curtis; however, after the driver show up [redacted] refuse to let then to take the vehicle. Finally, last week [redacted] contacted the office saying that he does not want the vehicle anymore. The office manager attempts to explain to [redacted] that the only way to know what was going on with the vehicle was to take it to the garage and the once again she will try to help him and the tow truck will be sent to pick up the vehicle. After the town truck showed up again to Mr. Curtis's house to pick up the vehicle [redacted] refused to let then to take the vehicle; the office manager contacted [redacted] at the time the driver was still at [redacted] house and explained that if he did not let the driver pick up the vehicle she will go in person to pick up the vehicle and he will have to pay the tow truck fee. [redacted] access to let then to take the vehicle; however, he took the tag off. Please find attached copy of the bill of sale, copy of the receipt for the tag, tittle and registration and a copy of the payments made by [redacted].With the amount of money that [redacted] provide as down payment he should own to the dealer 1,900.00; however, [redacted] did not compliant with the agreement of half of the value of the vehicle as down payment of his 200.00 monthly payment as agreed. At this point [redacted] owes the dealer the amount of 2,246.00 plus late fees of 25.00 for each month, equal to 50.00 and two time for the tow truck60.00 each time which is 120.00 with the total of 2,416.00.As you can observe the dealer did not make any business with the sale of the vehicle to [redacted] further the dealer lost money and found a lot of complications and discomfort trying to help [redacted] critical situation. At this point, we are considering [redacted] vehicle as a repo. In order to return the 2002 [redacted] to [redacted] he will need to complete to total amount of 2,416.00. [redacted] and his friend disrespect our office staff, tow truck staff as well as the owner by wasting time and money trying to help him.Unfortunately, we are considering NOT to do business with [redacted] due to the level of discomfort and anxiety that [redacted] causes to our staff.Any questions do not hesitate and contact us at ###-###-####.Ronal M

To Whom it may concern,
My name is Ronal M[redacted] I am the owner of Dickson Motors L.L.C.  I am writting this letter concerning a complaint about my shop ID [redacted] that yall have brought to my attention.  Mr. [redacted]s truck was here for an A/C Compressor and recharge not for State...

inspection.  Yes his original key was in my possesion until he asked for it and never brought it back.  He says he gave it to me but I do not recal getting the key back from him.  A new was made not by my shop I do not cut keys, it was done by a third party.  The 200 dollars he says he paid was refunded back to mister [redacted].  I also think its funny how he filled a complaint on my shop for hes the only one with keys to his truck and now its missing.  Since this incident Mr. [redacted] has not come back to the shop knowing he still owes 500.00 for previous work tha was done.  As for Mr [redacted] wanting payment for his "stolen" truck my insurance company [redacted] Ins has bee on n the case investigating and doing what has to be done to resolve this problem.  Ive been in business now for 15 yrs and this is the second time I've had problems with Mr. [redacted] first time being insurance fraud he tried to do through my shop by falsifiying an estimate that was done to his BMW.  I have him another chance as a good business owner and now this.  As for receipts Mr [redacted] is always asked if he wants one and always because he refuses to pay the taxes on it.  The matter was handled how it was supposed to be the police was called report was done and my shop insurance notified.  Thats why small business have insurance for. is it not  The matter is out of my hands.  As for the truck saying its worth $5000 it a bit much for the poor condition the truck was in outside had extensive body damage and interior was spray painted half brown and black. I dont what else to say about this matter just that my insurance is taking care of it.Thank you for your time
