Review: [redacted] the owner of the property /complex agreed to rent a vacation unit on march 25, 2015 for the week of august 8-15th. 2015 A signed rental agreement and deposit was submitted by the lessee for such rental period. A month later, Lessor notified Lessee on 4/27 that the unit is no longer available for the agreed week (which 3 families have already made plans and committed to ). In addition to not honoring the rental agreement, the owner has not returned the deposit.Desired Settlement: immediate return of the deposit
