review and send back or any questions or editing. She never responded. I called her about twenty time  and she never returned my phone call in regards to this matter. The day before court she never responded until now. I fulfilled my obligation as far as writing the documents for her based on her story and based on the conversation we discussed. I have been writing document for my community for over 10 years. Now that I am assisting my aunt, she wants to file this. I never has any complaints from any member of the community because we work as a team (local or internationally). [redacted] changed her mind about pursuing court actions. This is not my decision to make. My contract was for $1,000.00 for services and I forgo the other $500.00 because of her uncooperative nature and she never responded to me. If I am wrong and she wants her money back then she can take me to Civil court and we can let the Judge decided on what my contract services conditions and terms speak for itself. Do I have her information, yes, I do but it confidentially. I do not share any clients information without written permission. But you do have some of the documents. This is not all of the evidence. It is selected evidence. Remember, the documents presented to you were only drafts for [redacted] to approved before the final copy. This is all I have -- what is the next step.Diedra R. Lee, Ed.D (ABD)

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.According to Ms. Lee she has not heard from or been in contact with me.  According to the time line there has been communication by e-mail, telephone and text messages regarding resolving the case. I was not given adequate time to make  corrections.  I received documents one day before Ms Lee became unavailable for the next three days prior to the court date according to the voice mail Ms. Lee left me.  This was completely unacceptable although Ms. Lee claims I had the right to make the final corrections she took away that right from me. I did not agree with the legal document that was sent to me.  I was not willing to go to court under oath agreeing to a document that was not accurate including false statements. This was explained to Ms. Lee in writing.  At know time did I tell Ms. Lee I changed my mind I have told Ms. Lee the document was unprofessional and inaccurate. June 4, 2015 I received a call  from Ms. Lee, I ask Ms. Lee if we could work out a refund and she said I was playing games, I said Thank You and she hung upJune 3, 2015 I received a voice mail from Ms. LeeMarch 21, 2015 I sent letters to Miss Lee at both known addresses [redacted]August 28, 2014 Ms. Lee e-mailed me requesting I sent her evidence and I did,August 27, 2014 Ms. Lee e-mailed me twice .August 26, 2014 I e-mailed Ms. Lee August 26, 2014 I received  three e-mails responding to my August 26, 2014 e-mailMs. Lee sent me a letter postmarked August 23, 2014 with an enclosed letter confirming she received my text messages and telephone message on August 18, 2014. Ms. Lee left me a voice mail August 15, 2014 asking if I received the court documents stating she would be unavailable and going out of town Saturday, August 16, 2014. Sunday, August 17, 2014 and Monday ,August 18, 2014.  Myself and a colleague both paid $500.00 each for services we did not receive. Ms. Lee 's documents states the letter was only a draft once the inaccuracies  were brought to her attention and after she demanded payment. We were not given adequate time  to review and change the documents. If Ms. Lee has provided  services for 10 years this may have happen to someone else  before but since she does not operate under a professional business name it has not been registered as a complaint.Unfortunately  Ms.. Lee is not willing to cooperate.  I paid for services that were not rendered.

Review: July 31, 2014 me and [redacted] met with Consultant Diedra Lee at 7364 El Cajon Blvd #209 Diego,CA 92175 at her office. Both of us paid Ms Lee $500.00 each to complete a Civil Harassment order to appear at Central District Stanley Mosley Court House in Los Angeles, CA where she would accompany and assist us through the process.August 14, 2014 I received an envelope addressed to myself from Miss Lee with a contract to be signed and the balance due of $500.00. August 15, 2014 I received a voice mail from Ms Lee stating she would be out of town and could not be reached Aug.16,17,18 and would see me Aug 19, 2014 in court. After reading over the documents they were inaccurate, I could not legally sign he document without committing perjury. I contacted Ms Lee by telephone and left a voice message letting her know myself or [redacted] would not be appearing in court based on the unprofessional and inaccurate documents. My contract has [redacted] name on it and a prepare letter signed by Ms Lee for me without my authorization. Ms Lee did not give adequate time for corrections and became unavailable once the contract and documents were received. I have e-mailed,sent a certified letter to the above address and her PO Box 15053 San Diego, CA 92175. I called as recent as 6/4/15 to try to resolve a refund with her and Ms Lee stated I was playing games.I can provide the contract,e-mails and inaccurate documents completed by Ms Lee as proof.Desired Settlement: I request a full refund. The documents I received could not be used.

Response:

This matter is not what it seems. I was connected by my aunt (by marriage) and she wanted to file a case against her employer. She met with me and we went over all the documents she wanted to present for a workplace violent restraining order. I completed the first draft which you have from her to review and send back or any questions or editing. She never responded.
