Review: [redacted] Services has billed me for a incorrect number of labor hours, I've been contacting them for four weeks and each time a administrative assistant says that the CEO [redacted] will be in contact with me. My bill to them is due on 1/31/14 and if I don't pay that I will get charged 1.5% interest. I've told the company not to charge this on my bill since the CEO has yet to contact me. I've had to call this company four times to fix my heating issue and the original tech could of diagnosed the problem correctly if he picked up on the clues.Desired Settlement: I don't want to be charged for hours spent that weren't on my property. The previous two techs I've had onsite charged me more hours of labor than they were on my property. I'd also ask for a discount in all the trouble I've had with this company. I should of called someone else.

[redacted] knew for the last few weeks that because of the unusual weather in our area, [redacted] was not in the office to deal with questions. He was out working along with our service techs to attempt to get all of our service calls completed and our customers back in comfort. He was asked to please be patient and that there would be no interest charge and no invoice due until we had resolved his questions. We have talked to **. [redacted] today. While our original invoice was correct, we have adjusted it, and have sent him a revised invoice that is not due until 2/28.
