November of 2015, she was upset because she was in an accident but did not have ‘accident forgiveness’, we informed her that she did not have the coverage and that we could add it but it would not cover the accident she just had. She signed an application rejecting ‘accident forgiveness’ in June of 2015. We do stress to our customers the importance of reading the application and their policy to make sure everything is accurate. She did not question not having accident forgiveness until she was in an accident. She got very angry and belligerent with [redacted], swearing and calling us liars so [redacted] transferred the call to me. [redacted] yelled and swore at me, complaining about both [redacted] and Joe. I had to talk over her because she would not stop screaming at me. She then asked me how she can leave our agency, I told her to call another agency and get a new policy and cancel her policy with our agency. She transferred her policy to a different Nationwide agent effective 12/11/2015.Feel free to call or email me if you have any questions.Happy New Year!Thank you,Dawn S[redacted]

Review: I signed up with this company in June 2015. I spoke with Joe Antesberger several times to get information on the insurance before signing up for it. He explained to me what was covered and what I had to pay. He was supposed to send me the EFT form to withdrawal my money automatically. In July I received a bill saying my insurance was going to be shut off if I didn't pay it. I contacted Joe asking about the EFT form again because I never received it and now I had to pay a late fee. He told me he would send it to me in an email. He never did. I received another notice saying it was getting shut off. I contacted Joe and never heard anything. I called the company in August after my second notice and told them about my issues. Joe was in a meeting with the president and the secretary went into the meeting. I received an email for the EFT form 3 months after I signed up for the insurance. I had to pay late fees twice because the form was never sent. I had an accident at the end of August filed a claim and had to go through the process. I made sure when filing the claim accident forgiveness was on there and I was told it was by the claim representative and by Joe several times. November I got an email stating in December my insurance went up from $116.80 to $150.67. I called Diemert and spoke with a [redacted]. She said wow it did go up and that she would investigate and call me back that day. [redacted] never called me back. I called back the next day and she said she spoke with Joe and accident forgiveness was never on my insurance. I asked to speak to a manger. I spoke with Dawn and explained how I've had nothing but trouble since June. Dawn said very mean there was nothing they could do and that I needed to read my policy and that I was being very difficult and didn't like anything they said. She said they weren't changing the policy at all. I asked her what do I need to do to drop them because they were being unprofessional. Dawn said to just do research. She talked over me every time I went to speak. They also cross referenced my information with another persons account without permission. My dad has an account with them too and I told them that my information was not to be shared with him or used with his information. They didn't listen.Desired Settlement: The business should be more professional in handling the way they speak and treat clients. They should make sure they get back to clients in a timely manner instead of drawing things out and making the clients receive late fees. I am going to have to pay more for the mistakes that they made and that is not [redacted] or right. When dealing with clients they should go over everything and make sure the client isn't misguided with information.
