Approximately 7/the customer was called by the pharmacy to remind him he had three scripts that should be filled one
included hydroxychloroquineHe said yes fill them allHe did try to return them but the Pharmacist said he could not take it back
7/Pharmacy supervisor contacted his insurance to find out why the medicine was so much higher and the insurance company said they wanted him to use mail order and if he wanted to opt out of that option, he could but he needed to contact the insurance companyPharmact called the customer and told him to call his insurance campany and we could re-run the script getting him his money backAt that time he said it was still Dierbergs fault and he didn't want to call themThe next day we called him again and he still did not contact the insuranceHe finally came in on 7/for a full refund and we gave hime a gift card

The plaintiff was contacted via phone on Tuesday, 10/06/approximately 1:p.mregarding an issue on Saturday, 10/03/On behave on the company and store, I apologized for
the encounter the plaintiff had at store levelThe plaintiff's account is in Good Standing and the payroll privileges are in placeThe associate failed to follow policy and procedures when waiting on the plaintiffWe plan to use this experience as a training opportunity for future associatesAn official letter from the corporate office will be mailed to the plaintiff

Complaint #[redacted]Complaint was against an advertised item and a manager's response.  Our ad showed a pictured of Pork Baby Back Ribs during a 15 hour sale special for $2.99 lb.  The picture is of cooked ribs but it does not state in the Deli Department as the customer thought...

it should be.  For the most part our pictures are of cooked product so it is more appealing.  For example when ground beef is on sale, we have a picture of a cooked hamburger on a bun with onions, pickles, etc.The comment made by the manager, "we reserve the right to limit" was because the customer wanted multiple rainchecks for the same item.  We only give out one raincheck per customer and always have.  We do not gain anything by upsetting our customers and that was not our intent.  I reached out to Mr. Dempsey with the number you provided but he did not return my call.  If I can be of further assistance, please contact me at the number listed below.Sincerely, [redacted]Dierbergs Customer Relations Manager[redacted]
