Review: I ordered some die-cuts from this internet company for $85.22, and a order came but it was not mines, it was an order for another person for $19.33. After noticing the error I call the company and got an answering machine, I let a message in detail telling about the reason of my call. Then, I email the same information that I received someone else order. After I didn't hear from anyone, I then called again and let another message, and this I added that because I haven't heard from anyone, I might have to take action because I really didn't know anything about your company. Later, I received an email stating from someone that they been out, because of an family emergency. In the email they also indicate that they would call the other customer to see if they received my order, the was on August 5, 2014. Now today, I call this company to see how long will it take them to get my correct order, and now the phone is disconnected.I had order from this company once before and gotten my product without any problem, and that was a small order. And now with a larger order I feel like this people is not going to do the right thing.Desired Settlement: I would like the item that I paid, but if I can't get them I want my money back.Thank
