Great Company!
Although the transport had hiccups the dispatcher communicated, there was also damage but owner reach out and went above and beyond to make things right!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. This is a disgustingly unprofessional company. Wasted 4 hours of my life getting my car ready and waiting on the driver just to be told at the last second he won’t come to my house. He asked me to meet him at a small store where the roads surrounding are actually more narrow than in my neighborhood. His supervisor even told me that my car would’ve been the cheapest on their truck and that it isn’t even worth their time. I don’t know how this company is somehow still in business with employees as rude and disrespectful as the ones they have and they obviously couldn’t care less about your time or your “cheap” vehicle.

Great company overall, I had heard horror stories happening in the vehicle shipping industry, but these guys made it look like a piece of cake.

Worst shipping experience ever. Rude driver tried to shift deliver time to dark, night time and hide the damage. My car was a high-end exotics and the driver caused multiple dents & scratches to it. Estimated repairing worth around $4k but the business owners Vlad or Paul never bothered to respond one single message that I sent and the claim department has been telling me they are "on vacation". If I live in WA I will sue you to the end but I simply don't have the time. This is not how you should operate a business. RIDICULOUS COMPANY, MANAGERS AND OPERATORS. STAY AWAY!

terrible experience! paid my deposit company was late on picking vehicle up, I also took a day off work they and still no show. I was sending a vehicle for my granddaughters 16th birthday. after pickup they still had 10 days to deliver. 10 days was on my granddaughters birthday. They delivered 7 days after her birthday. Her vehicle was covered with mud on arrival. was given the runaround for 3 weeks. Never again

Transportation was provided by this company. Vehicle came to new residence with missing gas tank door. Communicated to Paul Vick CEO of this company and I have been communicating with him regarding fixing the issue. Communication has been documented on text message that he would repair my car but still has yet to fulfill his promise as business. This issue happens 12/17/19 . I did everything he requested went to car dealerships got estimate on bodywork. Sent the info via PDF. Its unprofessional when a company owner says they will fix the problem and then ignore you.

Beware-this company is unreliable and out right lies. Never showed for promised pickup. Delayed

Diesel Auto Express is simply fantastic! I have shipped many cars with them throughout the country (mostly coast to coast), and each time it has been a great experience. The drivers are always professional when they arrive for pickups and deliveries. Further, their staff of dispatchers are awesome - Ella, Austin, Dennis, Steve, Annie and Lola. Extremely friendly and organized. I am so impressed by their organization and knowledge. I have worked with many other auto transport companies, and these folks are on top of their game. One of the best in the industry , hands down.

great company to ship my kids car off to college. the even send me a pickup and delivery notification. gives me peace of mind.

This was a horrible experience. The car was 9 days late with difficult communication. The car was damaged during transport. The manager, Paul, said a claim form would be sent and it never was. Since the bill is paid in full, I doubt I will ever see a claim form.

Stay away.
