Not providing the service they were contracted to in a timely manner, resulting in a $197.95 fee. [redacted] my [redacted]/road assistance provided placed an order with them on Tues. Jan 5th to pick my car up from where it had stalled, the male co-owner of the business was rude to my son on the phone, the tow truck driver went to the wrong address, and the police had my car towed. As I had no way of going to get it at that time the charge increased to the total of $197.95. On Wed Jan 6th another son took me to the lot where I paid to get my car released, called for assistance at 2:57pm, received a text that Diesel Doc, the same company as the day before would be there by 3:57pm, At 3:55 I received a robo call saying the service would be there in 5 min. At 4:15 I called their office at which time the young lady that had spoken to me the day before put the male co-owner on the phone and when I ask about the delay he rudely tells me that he just got the paper work at 3:26 and there was at least an hour turn around, that he could cancel my order and call someone else and wait another hour. I said I need my car, he read off an address the car was suppose to be taken to which was incorrect, after being put on hold for some time, the young lady comes back on the phone and said they would have someone there very shortly, I asked about how long, she replied 15 to 20 minutes, while continuing to wait [redacted] system calls asking if my car had been picked up, I replied by # no, the system told me to call road side assistance back, which I do , their person calls the company and was told they had to move some cars around on the lot and would have someone there shortly. The business where my car was, was closing at 5pm. They were kind enough to push my car outside their gate. The driver Scoty called at around 4:44 and said he would be right there, arriving around 5:18. I will also be taking this matter up with [redacted] and expect to be reinbursed for these charges. We waited almost an hour and a half past the given pick up time, and the driver did not give my son the receipt when he dropped the car in my drive way. I called him about this and he said he would try to swing back by, which he hasn't. It appeared that he pulled his truck into a house about 3 down from mine...going to check that out tomorrow...can't help but wonder if that's one reason we had to wait so long ??? Company was hired to pick up new vehicle from a dealership and deliver directly to us by noon. But they did not make the delivery as promised.Diesel Doc agreed to pick up a 2016 Mustang from the dealership in [redacted] and delivery by noon. They quoted $125 dollar. The driver picked up the vehicle but did not deliver as planned. The dispatcher or other person in the organization advised the driver to drop the car at another location in order to pick up additional business all afternoon. After many calls I was informed each time the driver was on his way. After our business closed at 5:00 I had to pay two people overtime to stay and unload the vehicle. Each time I called the employee became increasingly rude and continued to hang up on me. I tried to maintain some professionalism as I represent my company but I eventually had to advise them I would have to call and report the vehicle stolen if they could not make the delivery. Finally the vehicle arrived at 6:30 and they charged an additional $75 for being over six hours late. The employee advised they were doing me a favor by making the delivery. The driver was a young man related to the owner and he was quite pleasant and agreed he should not have dropped the vehicle off elsewhere while he took other tow jobs but he was directed to do so by his management. This is a high value vehicle which was required for production at our facility. I find this unacceptable of any business.Desired SettlementI do not want to be contacted by any of the employees as I am concerned about impact as they have the company credit card information and they proven to be suspect in their behavior. But I believe the owner (the driver advised his name is [redacted]) should be aware of how his business is being conducted and how it may impact his business.Business Response When [redacted] called to schedule a tow she NEVER gave a delivery time. If she had mentioned noon it would not have been delivered at 6:30. We have worked very hard to build a reputable & respected business. I myself got to speak with Ms. [redacted] and her level of professionalism was definitely lacking. I asked her multiple times why she was being so rude and her only response was that she would call the [redacted] and report the car stolen. I'm assuming she was having a bad day and took it out on us, but that's okay as we are used to that kind of behavior. As far as being charged more for being late; that doesn't even make sense. She was charged the amount she agreed upon when the original call came in. We have had the pleasure of dealing with a couple other [redacted] Tech employees and they were great to deal with. I believe Ms. [redacted] could possibly learn from them. Also, her concern of us having her company credit card info is not warranted as we are not trying to commit credit card fraud over Ms. [redacted]. Like I said previously we run a successful business and shred credit card info after use as not to be liable for information getting in the wrong hands.
