On 4/25/2020 I ordered a diesel module. The website stated that there is 180 day trail period and if the customer was not happy they could return the module for a 110% refund. After receiving the module I was informed of a company furlough where I work. I contacted the seller (Steve S) for a return authorization and after some run around I was given permission to return the module. I returned the module on 15 May. I reached out to the seller to make sure he had received the product and to check on the refund of $562.25. He ask for proof of shipping and delivery which I provided. For a period of two weeks, I have not received any reply or been given a refund.

I bought a pro performace module with def sku number *** used it for 3 months and when I bought this model it was t increase mileage per gallon it never did .spoke with James and travis on this matter told them both ,im not getting no better mileage ,they both said return it and we well refund your money back,I paid 559.00 for this . they gave me a return number and I returned it on 30/21/2020 I called and they said they received it ,but cant refund my money back ,and don't n when im getting my money back. but they still r selling new modules

Diesel Domination refuses to respond to my request of a refund to my credit card for a returned item. I ordered a performance module from them and returned it within a week after I received it. The item has been in their possession for over a month. I have tried several times to reach a person in the company and the only time anyone (James) contacted me was to tell me that “ We are not ***, and do not give instant refunds to credit cards”, two weeks ago. I have left subsequent messages that have not been responded to.

I am rejecting this response because: I am actually waiting for the credit to be applied to my credit card before accepting the response. I do believe that 45 days is an excessive time frame to provide credit after receipt of returned goods.

purchased powestroke module for 2019 ford. buyer beware!
module did nothing for me, returned with rma# and never received refund. contacted business and still did not receive refund. Had to start a dispute with credit card company and as of 2/14/2020 they have found in my favor.
If I could give 0 stars I would have.

Installed and first 1,600 miles of around town driving I had a 13.9 mpg by the truck computer when prior computer reports were 11.9 mpg.
Trip solo 459 miles by computer was 19.4 mpg which was similar to other recorded drives without the unit. Since it was cold with snow and ice I did do more idling to warm up truck so that might have had a small impact.

I returned performance module with all the right rma# as they wanted. I never put the module on my truck. after reading the instructions you have remove it from your truck before taking in to ford shop. they have not credited my paypal account. no one answers the phone anymore.

Received module & talked to tech support unable to see how to install it so received an RMA & returned it. They have had it in their possession since August 15th and I have not received my refund. $536.75

I purchased a diesel support item for my 2007 Dodge Cummins on 08/22/19 for $549.80 and personally spoke to Josiah S who assured me the item was guaranteed to work and all I had to was call him within a 45 day period for a RMA# to return for full refund. I installed the item but kept getting error code. I left message with Tech support @1-833-445-5669 on 08/30/19 but couldn't get a return call. Contacted Mr S on 09/04/19 and explained the issue. He told me to contact him the next day if Tech support didn't call. On 09/05/19 I again called Mr S @1-800-450-5333 and requested a RMA#. I was provided ***. I mailed the item to the address he provided via USPS return receipt required. On 09/16/19 I contacted USP to verify item was delivered to his post office. Which they confirmed. I called Mr S on 09/23/19 asking when I would get my refund. He indicated they had received the package and I would receive it by 09/27/19. I have not received it. I do not believe they are going to refund my money even though item was guaranteed and I followed their return procedures.

I bought this module for my truck is supposed to give me 3 to 5 more miles per gallon on it it’s a plug-and-play unit and I was guaranteed in 45 days if I don’t got better gas mileage that I can return it and get my money back I tried calling them many times before the 45 day period as well as calling them the last day on the 45 day period and they get they didn’t give me a return authorization number they said they were going to email it to me never emailed it and now get my money back and they won’t give it back to me , presently going through the bank but not having much luck

I ordered the module, received it fairly quickly. Had it professionally installed, it didn’t work. I contacted Steve, he said to send it back with specific directions. I followed his exact directions and shipped it back to him. It was sent back to him April 22, and he received it April 30 according to the tracking number. After not hearing back from the company I reached out to see when I can expect the refund (May 15). He responded with I’ll look into it and refund your money ASAP. May 28 I hadn’t heard back from him so I reached out. No response... June 1 (today) I reached out again with no response or call back. This crook now has $565.25 of my money and the module. I refuse to be like all of the other people he has scammed.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID. The ONLY reason I was refunded my money was because of paypals backing! It was not per their policy! I called, text, constantly and never got a response from the company. They didn’t respond to PayPal’s emails either so they decided on my favor for the claim. DO NOT TRUST THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY! If you’re in the same boat as I was, looking for a refund hopefully you payed through PayPal. You will get your money back through them if you file a claim.

I ordered the product online late on a Saturday night and received it on the following Thursday morning. Easy installation, code free, and outstanding results. Immediately saw accelerator pedal more responsive with strong low and medium power. Left a voice mail and on-line question on Saturday night and received answers from tech person and owner. This product is the best bang for the buck for low cost, easy installation, and positive performance results. I would purchase again and recommend this product for 2013 to 2019 Ram Cummins 6.7L engines with DEF.

I ordered this product for my son for Christmast in Novmember 2017. My son installed the product in his 2016 *** Diesel truck and it made the truck run rough. The company did not provide a receipt or any return information with the product. I called the company numerous times, no one ever answered and I left messages. I still have the product and I cannot return or receive a refund. I have researched this company and now see that they are notorious for this type of service. I would love to return this prodcut and receive a full refund.

I did call them and left messages. The last message I left was asking them to please call me before I go to my credit card to ask for a refund. I went though *** 3 times, so they were contacted by my credit card company 3 times. I will call them Tuesday October 9, 2018. After receiving the treatment that I got from them, I reviewed their reviews on *** AND they have had this complaint many many times.

I am seeking a refund on a Duramilage module that I purchased from the company but can not get them to return my phone calls. I have been trying the original phone number 888-874-4929 but nobody answers at this number. I found another number that they are still selling this product at and have left a message at but no return phone call. Steve Shelly is the owner and is now selling under the name of Powerup Diesel now. The phone number now is 406-431-3681.

This man is a con artist and continually changes his phone numbers and websites to avoid speaking with angry people that he has ripped off. He offers a 100% money back guarantee and does not allow you to contact him to get a refund on his scam equipement that does not work.

I ordered an fuel mileage module for my vehicle and had problems with it. I contacted the company, they replaced the module and I installed it and had the exact same problems as with the original one. I have asked for an RA# to return the module and receive a refund per their 120 day money back guarantee. they have not responded to emails nor voice mail messages that I have left. I did send a certified letter detailing my problems and requesting a refund and have not received any response whatsoever. The cost of the module was $397.00 I do have the receipt where they signed for receipt of the letter I sent them, and as stated, I have not received any response from them. Appears to be a shady operation

On 8/22/17 I purchased a duramileage performance module for my 2014 power stroke and it came in within a few days and it was on the truck for a week or so and I began to have engine lights on and debated power I removed it and problem went away I tried again and still the same issues I contacted diesel domination and was able to send it in for warranty and they actually sent a whole new product and it performed the same way. I contacted them again and was able to return it for a said refund under a 120 day money back guarantee. It has been a month and still no refund cannot contact them and I've tried through *** and their business phone. I would really like my refund it's been a month since the package was delivered and my 120 day money back guarantee is almost up.

August 15 2017 I purchased a product online from this business for $500.65. While reading about installing said item it mentioned that the unit would have to be removed before taking the vehicle that it was installed in to the shop.That wasn't going to be possible as my vehicle goes to the shop every three months so I called them ( by the way calls are never returned by them and rarely ever answered).I finally got hold of someone and explained my situation and they told me to send it back with an RMA# on the outside of the box and to e mail the tracking number to them also. I did all of this on September 18 2017 from the post office in Glens Ferry, Id. The receipt shows the product was returned to the seller on September 22,2017. After waiting for about two weeks I started calling to see the status of my refund. I got numerous voice mails which were never returned but on two different occasions I got someone and was told it would be processed the following Monday. The, last time I was told it would go out immediately l and I would receive an e mail. Since then when I call all I get is a voice mail saying they are closed and as early as October 8th all I get is a busy signal
