I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below The only time I was told by them that this was something they were not going to take care of was the last (the 7th) time I talked with themUntil that time time I had been told time and again that they would be out to take care of the problem, i.e., the drip edge flashing, and that they had not forgotten about me but had been busy, ill, etcIn fact, I had been told at least twice that they had ALREADY made a new drip edge for the roof and would be out to install itThere was never any mention that this was not something they were not going to take care of until the last (7th) phone conversation Regards, [redacted] ***
