Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Regards, [redacted] * I reject everything the owner just statedAgain all say this again I never spoke directly to him at any timeAll my interaction was the machanic out side the bay doorsThe mechanic said the only ECM he couldFind was dollars this was not executableI said I would find one and I did for dollars and it is still workingFine The rest is a delusion most of my visits were less than minutes on the way to work because they don't answer the phone

*** *** and I spoke multiple timesWe also spoke about how my technicians were not to be bothered, as that is not in their job description and disturbances slow my shops production and can create mistakesAmongst the topics, the number one concern we spoke of, was not using an oem computerAftermarket remanufactured computers are not reliable and create more concerns for the customerI was supplied with a non oem (even though the customer said it was oem) computerLong story short, my shop invested approximately eight hours in an electrical concern to help ***, (only billed for four hours) and a pair of batteries necessary to perform the diagnosis as his failed all testsThe customer became upset when we called him to inform him that the part he supplied had a problem, just as we had warned was common amongst computer repairsI Have learned a valuble lesson from this and will no longer accept customer supplied partsHad I supplied an oem part like we priced in the original estimate, we would have never had these issues and even if so, my company would have handled itHe would have not been out of any money or time Sincerely, *** **

I would like to share my experience and clarify the situation regarding *** ***'s repair on his truck*** was extremely difficult to contact from the beginningSeveral voicemails were left regarding his truck, as we were seeking approval to repair his truckOnce we finally heard from the
customer, over a week later, he approved the repairThe timeline was explained as alternate sources and several phone calls would have to be made to locate the part to repair his truck as the parts wer deemed obsolete per ChryslerA few days into trying to source the part, *** *** stopped at the shop, and requested he find his own rebuilt part, even though we explained the terrible luck we had encountered with these parts. He insured me it was an oem part he would supplyBeing as it' his truck, I explained that it was his decision, but I could not warranty parts that he suppliedAlmost two weeks passed before I received the computer, which turned out to be one of the reman parts which we specifically warned him about and not an oem computerI installed this part after searching through numerous electrical concerns (at a severely discounted rate to the customer) to ensure we didnt damage the new partWe installed the new part that was supplied to us and found that the truck had a completely new concern that was not present before, that linked back to the part he suppliedI agree there was nothing consistent about the time in which the gentleman's truck was repaired, but I absolutely cannot provide timelines when a customer chooses to not let me run my own shopIf I was left in control of the repair, this gentlemens truck would have been repaired and done long agoAlso, for clarifiction, all of my customers are equally important wheter they spend ten dollars, or ten thousandEverytime, *** *** came by the shop to "oversee his repair" he would always walk directly into the shop, though asked not to and would disturb the technicians while trying to repair other customer's trucksHe was repeatedly asked to visit the office, where customers can be attended to and serviced properlyWe do everything we can to get peoples trucks repaired as promptly as possibleWe discuss the two plus week wait times which are almost always present, and try to meet deadlinesI am sorry to hear that I did not exceed a customer's expectations, but I'm not sure what more I could have done in this situation. Sincerely, Jared Simmons

I reject everything the owner just stated. Again all say this again I never spoke directly to him at any timeAll my interaction was the machanic out side the bay doors. The mechanic said the only ECM he couldFind was 3000.00 dollars this was not executable. I said I would find one and I did for 800 dollars and it is still workingFine.  The rest is a delusion most of my visits were less than 2 minutes on the way to work because they don't answer the phone.
