Review: I bought two bags from you in different colors thinking that Diesel products are supposed to be the best quality. Low and behold, after using one of them less than 10 times, the material is falling apart at the seams. I feel really bad about this because they cost me a small fortune. If this is the quality Diesel delivers people ought to know this and be prevented from buying them. Please let me know what can be done about this or how it can be solved because I feel that the price tag on this bag justifies quality and assurance that the item can be used more than 10 times. (BTW No other brand ever had this problem except cheap stuff made in China)Desired Settlement: either repair or replacement

Review: called several times speaking to various people continually being passed on to others and no calls back. definitely the last time I will purchase a diesel product. you don't stand behind what you sell .

Review: I went online to www.diesel.com due to a sale that was being promoted. I found a specific leather jacket (LEPRANDIS), which was offered in two colors, Brown and Black with a 50% discount at $399. However when you selected the size, the sale price went back to full price ($798). I sent an e-mail (via their website tool) asking about this product and the impossibility to conclude the transaction online at the sale price.

I got an e-mail back apologizing for the problem and that I should place the order online and call their customer service to get the refund or just call their customer service and place the order via phone.

I called and the representative check with their supervisor and said that I had to place the order for the full price and then they would proceed with the refund for the sale price because it could do via system. Before placing the order, since it was being recorded, I ask the representative to confirm that this jacket, in black in medium size was being sold at $399 and that a refund would be made.

A couple of days after a placed my order, their customer service asked for the order number to proceed with the refund request, I send the order number and got an e-mail saying the refund was going to made in 3 working days.

The next day a got another e-mail saying that unfortunately they weren’t going to proceed with the refund because that jack t in Black wasn’t on sale.

I call again their the next day (Jan [redacted]) and a representative told me that the website was wrong and that their representatives made mistakes with the order and with the e-mails and that no refund was going to be made. My only option was to return the product. I have the website page saved at the day a purchase the product, showing the $399 sale price for the Black jacket, as well as all the e-mails from Diesel instructing me to proceed with the purchase and that a refund for the sale price would be made after the order was placed.Desired Settlement: Honor the sale price of $399 plus tax advertised and negotiated via e-mails and on the phone with Diesel customer service.

Review: I usually purchase a few pairs of jeans per year. I stopped buying cheap brands and I decided that diesel were the best fit and very durable. unfortunately I purchased three pairs of diesel jeans in the last year and my one pair of jeans looked like they were worn and the other pair lasted only two months before the bottoms of the jeans ripped. I have spent over 200 dollars on each pair of jean and I don't think this is acceptable. I called customer service and they were extremely rude to my concern and I had asked them if I can exchange them for my money back or a brand new pair. unfortunately they said since they have been worn there is nothing we can do and we are sorry that you had to deal with that.Desired Settlement: a new pair of jeans. specifically the same brand or something that I may like better. otherwise my business will go to someone else.
