I did not receive my merchandise
On 7/30/2019 I ordered an oil pump from Dieselsite which I paid for with my *** Card for the amount of 1039.00. On 8/8/2019 I called Dieselsite to inquire about my merchandise and was told it had already been delivered. I informed them that I never received my oil pump. And I was told to file a police report and that they would reissue my oil pump. I called and filed a police report, sent it to them and never did receive my oil pump. Upon me ordering the pump I specifically ask them to require my signature for the merchandise due to the price of the pump
Full refund or the oil pump
Their website and reps promise performance gains that are not even close to being true. This company is a scam with false representation. This by far the worst company I have ever dealt with.

Refund I would like the rest of my money refunded in full.
Customer has been offered on multiple occasions a complete refund if he returns the product. We do not offer a refund "and" the customer gets to keep the product. The customer claims lack of performance from our product. There are two flaws to his claim. 1. He has not shown any testing results to prove his case. 2. He has mixed and matched other products from other companies to try and achieve his results. Both flaws are circumstantial. We have willingly offered a refund based on his return of the product. He refuses to send them back.

I have not mixed any products from any other companies. This company is a scam. I do have testing and testimonial from numerous mechanics. Where is there testing proving their claims?? The burden of proof is on them. They say they will give me a refund if I send the parts back but they have my original parts and refuse to send them back. In addition one of the parts is programming so there is nothing to send back and finally they know the cost of labor to remove the other parts cost as much as the parts them selves. This company is a racket. They sell parts with false representation and they know it.
We are more than happy to refund the customer. He needs to return the product.

They have my original parts and will not return them. Im not going to return anything without them returning my original parts. Again this company is a scam. They lie on their website, their reps lie, and they steel. I have asked how they would like to handle returning my original parts and they will not respond.
