After reviewing Ms. ***'s complaint, we want to apologize for any confusion she may have had when she placed her order. We offer a trial period for our products, where we allow our customers to try our full 30 day supply for only the cost of shipping and handling for a limited time of 14 days. Once the trial period expires, if not cancelled, you are billed the retail price of the product you received. We do not offer sample sizes. Upon reviewing Ms. account, it looks like she purchased her Diet Clarity Keto & Diet Clarity Forskolin trial on 6/25/2020- and once the trial period ended, Ms. card was billed the retail price of the products she received. On 8/22/2020 Ms. called into our Customer Service Department and inquired about cancelling her account. Our Customer Service Department went ahead and cancelled Ms. account. Upon receipt of this complaint, we have issued a refund in the amount of $177.78 for Ms.. Please allow 3 -5 business days for that to reflect in your banking account. Customer service is very important to us and we understand the inconvenience this may have caused. $177.78 is only one month they charged my credit card. I guess I have to "Eat" the 2nd month's charge. Thank you for getting that much refunded.
I learned a lesson about "free trials".

DietClarity.com not honoring their Refund/Return policy.
Ordered their sample product on 6/2/2020 unknowing they send out the full product 15 days later at full price. Received the full order 6/20/2020 thinking it was a mistake from the original order. Shipping statement don't not have a price for merchandise, so I thought it was the sample being resent. I did not open the bottles because I couldn't shallow the samples that they sent me before. I did not check my bank statement at this time. I cancel the account on 7/21/2020 after receiving a notifying shipping email again. At this time I did notice my bank statement was being charged a total of $177.78 under 2 different company names. On 7/22/2020 I received the new order. When I called today 7/31/2020 to get a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number that is stated in their Terms & Conditions to send back the bottles and get a Full refund. I was told I could not send back the unopened bottles and I could only be refunded a total of $40.00 out of the $177.78. She said the Terms & Condition changed, but when I checked the website afterwards it still said FULL refund.

I want a Full Refund for this last shipment. The first time was me not paying attention, but not this time..

We have called ask for our money back so far they've only Ship one bottle It is fraud all they're doing is scanning people out of money please help me with this problem! Deceptive - totally deceptive. Hit place an order to begin on order, then additional products kept popping up with no way to not order. I ended up leaving the website because it was too scammy and 2 bottles of merchandise shipped to me. So there was no "place order" at the end, they just shipped out and there was no email confirming shipment that I could have called to cancel. I didn't know until I got them. After much go around and being told they could not return, they did finally return the fees. So there is that. Suggest staying away.

After reviewing Ms. order She has be fully refunded for any money the was charged to her to receive our products. We do offer the products on a 14-day trial period and send out a full 30 days supply of the products. We are very sorry that she misunderstood the terms and offer our sincere apologies to her on this issue. Most customer like that the products are shipped out each month and they don't have to worry about placing a reorder. The products can be cancelled at any time by simply calling in and letting us know. Ms. account has been cancelled and she will receive no further products or billing from us.

Complete Scam, I looked everywhere to see if there was a subscription service and didn't see anything but they still charged my card $91 after the 14 day trial. When you call they offer you a 75% discount on that amount.

We do apologize for any misunderstanding when placing the order, however all trial offers are monthly subscriptions if not cancelled within the time frame provided by the business and within the terms of the offer that are agreed to. At this time, we can confirm that when Ms. Risby called in on June 10, 2020, she was in fact issued a full refund and received an email confirmation with the subject line "Refund Confirmation".

Ordered sample of Keto Clarity. Company sent 2 different products and charged me $85.88 and $91.90. Will only refund $31.47 and $35.98.
Ordered sample of Keto Clarity. Company enrolled me in automatic shipment program for two different items, the Keto Clarity and Forskolin, for which I was charged $85.88 and $91.90.They tell me I ordered both, on April 29 and April 30.
I called initially to cancel any further shipments and try to get a refund. I was offered $31.47 and $35.98 after the person I was speaking with told me they were only responsible for the Keto Clarity.
Long story short, I received an email this morning stating another shipment has been made to me. I called again. This agent, Ketana #232, told me both products were theirs and that they could offer me no further refund since I accepted the refunds of $31.47 and $35.98. I told her I had received both products without an invoice or any indication of price or who to call to return/cancel. Plus she hung up on me.
Basically, I was refunded $67.45 for $177.78 worth of products I do not want, was lied to, and then hung up on. Shame on me for not checking further into the product and company. But a bigger shame on them for their so-called "business."

I want the additional $110.33 refunded. I can return product, unopened, if necessary. I want no further product from them.

On April 1,2020 I ordered a trial (30 day) of supplementary pills from the website https://www.dietclarity.com. the website stated that I would only be paying for shipping.
The first red flag happened right before my credit card information was to be processed. When I went to finalize the check out, a separate window popped up and stated :most customers that ordered this product also order "product B" as well. I did not click on anything to commit to this and proceeded to check out. Once doing this, the page that I was redirected to staled that payment was received and that "product B (which I did not commit to)" was added to the order. because I was only paying shipping, I didn't mind the "mistake".
Today (4/30/20) I received a second shipping of these 2 products (2 bottles of different supplements shipped in same package) so I immediately called the customer service number included to make sure that I didn't get charged.
After talking to the rep. from this company, it was discovered that I had unknowingly agreed to a monthly shipping and charges associated with! As I was talking to them, I opened up the website and did not see where you would be charged monthly after the "free" trial.
After talking to the rep more and finding out that I was charged (2) payments of $91.90 and $85.88 I became a little more irate. They eventually told me that this information is buried in the terms and agreements section and not listed on the websites main body of information. I demanded that I be cancelled from this subscription and refunded. After about 5-6 minutes of the representative trying to convince me not to leave, they promised me a 75% refund on (both) products. Frustrated, I ended our call not expecting to ever see my money back.
I have since put in a claim with my bank and have done enough research online to see that I was most likely duped by a business with less then morale motives.

Refund (1) A refund would be great. The rep. from this company stated that I would see at least a 75% refund in the next 10 days. I'm not trusting that this is going to happen. (2) Is there something that can be done with checking into this companies website and determining whether the lay out and charging methods are deceptive? I'm not new to ordering things online and I definitely feel after resisting this site that it is set up to take advantage of people who are not use to reading "fine print"

This company charged my credit card:$177.78 for a trial order! I never ordered a shipment to continue!
I ordered trial shipment 14-days, March 25,2020. I received them and I was charged shipping only. Then April 11, I've been shipped & charged:$177.78 for more pills that I never ordered! Order#XXXXXXXXXX..I called them and talked with the support person that didn't speak English good.I had to cancel my credit card & filed an dispute on April 12,2020.

This company is a scam. They offer a one time trial product which prompts you to pay for shipping , then unlawfully charges your account hundreds.
This company is a scam. They offer free weight loss trail products in which at first you are prompted to pay $6 but then charged $12. Once you've received the free trail you have now paid $12.50 . It now gives these scammers access to your account to further make numerous unauthorize charges for $59 to over $100 every few days. I have made several attempts to.speak with a customer service representative which is impossible. I tried email in which someone replied tell me they would refund my account$17. Unacceptable, I declined. Days later they some how charged an additional $52 . I've sent several emails demanding my money back but now it seems as if I am now the big joke to whoever that's behind this scheme. Please be aware of these people. They need to ve stopped. Lesson learned for me.

I am seeking a refund of $110 that was unlawfully charged to my account. I did not authorize these payments. And this organization need to be shut down. They're scammers .
