Review: On 11/13/2013 an unauthorized charge of $78 was charged to my debit card. I have attempted to contact this company to address this electronic transfer and was placed on hold for 44 minutes.Desired Settlement: I would like my account permanently removed from their account, to be refunded the seventy eight dollars and a complaint registered so others can become aware.

Review: Diet Pro took $78 out of my checking account without my permission for a product that they sent me that I did not order. I have attempted to get my money back for over 60 days....Today was my 7th call to the company. I spoke with Manager named [redacted], who was very unprofessional and rude. She interrupted me several times and then preceded to hang up on me. I tried to call back and was told that "[redacted]" wasn't available. Needless to say I still haven't recieved a refund....but felt it necessary to warn other consumers. Thank you!Desired Settlement: $78.00
