FANTASTIC SERVICE! Termite repair of collapsed ceiling and damaged trusses!

Jerry (owner), Professional, friendly, always on time. Really cares about the customer and providing quality work. Jeanne (owner & administrative), always provides 100% customer service when I call or email her. Joe, did a beautiful job with installing the drywall, tape/texture and painting. I plan to hire for remodeling projects as well.

It was a pleasure working with Jerry/Jeanne, owners of Dieterich Lee Construction. This is the contractor hired by [redacted] to repair the termite damage in our home, which entailed removal of all glued-down wood flooring, (about 900 sq ft), on the concrete slab and install of "tile that looks like wood". While there were a couple of problems with the "sub-contractors" (not hired by Dieterich Lee), the Company was right on top of it, and everything was resolved to our satisfaction. I would definitely advise anyone that this is a very reliable, reputable, and caring Company to work with. EVERYTHING was fixed to our satisfaction. Thank you, Jerry and Jeanne

We had Deiterich Construction replace wood floors with wood like porcelain tile in 2016 following a bout of termites in the flooring. We are so happy with the professional results that we have contracted with them to have the remaining tile floors replaced with the same wood look porcelain tile. They remained patient while we chose the tile we wanted requiring several quotes, provided professional and pleasant to work with subcontractors and did an excellent job. We have all heard horror stories about contractors who did a bad job but Deiterich Construction can restore your faith. I highly recommend them.
