We bought a baby crib mattress from this company on March 17,Company stated that the product would be delivered by the end of AprilApril came and went, we emailed the company, who already had our moneyThe company stated that they were having production issues but more mattresses would ship within two weeksMay came and went, no mattressSent an additional email to ***@abcsafesleep.com asking if mattresses are shipping because their website indicates that they are*** does not respondWe sent additional emails asking for a refund and no response from the companyThis is advertisement and fraudulent business practicesI tried opening a claim with my credit card company but they said it is outside of the day ordering window

I originally purchased a Sleep Safe (formerly known as Secure Beginnings) mattress for my daughter in I loved the peace of mind the mattress gave my husband and I, so when I found out I was expecting another baby, I placed an order for another breathable mattress
The original order was placed in July The company advertised that I would receive the mattress within business daysI didn't receive the mattress for months despite contacting the business owner multiple timesThe mattress I finally received was a different color combination than what I had originally ordered
Not wanting to wait another months for the correct order, I filed a refund/return requestThe business advertised that I would receive a return shipping label within hours and that my refund would be processed immediately upon receiving the itemI waited more than weeks for the shipping label
After returning the mattress and seeing that it was received at the return facility on Octob

On April 15th, I paid in full for a mattress to be deliveredIt is now late July, and we have yet to receive our productOur son was born in JulyWe were never informed our purchase would take three monthsMy correspondence with customer service has been numerous emails delaying deliveryThe last contact was on June, stating the mattress would be delivered in two weeksMy husband emailed *** on July, and he has yet to receive any update on delivery or status

On March 17, 2018, I purchased a crib mattress from ABC SafeSleep via KickstarterI paid $and was to receive one base and two toppersI was given a estimated delivery date of April There were many delays on SafeSleep's end and very poor communication from them - product and shipping updates and responses to my many attempts to gain more information on the products and their estimated delivery datesI finally received the products at the very end of July At the time of assembly, my husband noticed some of the screws were missingAs it took so long to receive the products and our desire to move our month old daughter into her own room, my husband elected to purchase the screws needed to secure the mattress rather attempting to contact SafeSleep and wait (as it would have likely been lengthy) on them to rectify the issueSince we have been using the products, we have had some quality control issuesAfter only a few washes, the toppers are no longer fitting properly
