Excellent!! We were in the market for new windows and by chance, someone came to our door. Typically I'm not interested when its a door to door thing, but everyone we met with or talked to within this business was extremely professional and personable. From start to finish, we enjoyed each person we met within the company which is hard to come by these days. Any issues or concerns we had along the way were appropriately addressed/fixed. Highly recommend this business for anyone looking to replace windows!

Overall, we had a good experience with Apex. They were always professional and have a great product with an even better warranty. While we just moved into our home this summer and won't have past winter electricity bills to compare, we can already tell that our house is much more isolated than it was previously to having these windows.
We did encounter a little bit of an issue. They measured one of our windows incorrectly and we had a boarded window for a little less than a month until our new window came in. They were very professional and accommodating through the whole process.

Everyone from Apex is efficient and friendly from the salesperson to the installer. We had all of our windows in our entire house replaced and it only took two and half days. The windows look and function great!

Apex Energy did everything they could to make our experience as wonderful as possible. They were honest and tried to explain the entire process as well as they could. There was a miscommunication when we ordered the windows, but the owner came to our house to walk us through our concerns and personally did what could be done to make things right. I was pleased with their communication throughout the process.
