Different By Design

We begun work with an employee at Different by Design in early April when we were reached out over the phone in order to assist with a layout for a kitchen design that they needed to order cabinets forAfter a few days of going back and forth to finalize the design, we provided the invoice and they approvedAt this point we tried to go ahead and arrange payment, and we were given information in an email from the company directly that we would be receiving a check at time of delivery, that it would be passed on to our delivery driverWe agreed and proceeded with delivering the cabinets to the Job SiteA check was not passed on to our drivers, and that is when the attempts at collections begunThroughout April, May, June and July we have attempted well over times through phone conversations and emails to collect, and have been very patient throughout the whole process
Now it has gotten to the point where I am calling their office and am constantly being told that the owner,
