I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.He was paid in full for the work on the step project. Had he contacted me that he was finished I would have met with him to discuss my concerns. The phone number where I left a message was the same one I used previously. I did have one experience calling him where his voice message reported the voice mail being full and could not take any more messages. This particular day (11/7) there was no greeting of his business but because this was the same number used previously, I left my message. I did not have a good feeling when I left that message but what a coincidence he showed up at my home within the hour on that day. I find it hard to believe the $he quoted for the job to repair blocks I paid to have my sidewalk repaired, cost a consulting fee of that amount without some type of report. I feel he had my cell phone and should have left a voice message with his findings to discuss what needed to be done. As for the steps, I just paid another contractor $to patch up the torn siding and holes in my foundation on both sides, replaced the facing where holes were placed and cemented a broken corner of the step left laying on the ground, that occurred when they originally removed the steps. I expressed my concerns in my final report to the City of *** *** but apparently they did not share my concern about the holes in my foundation. I am disappointed in their handling of this.As far as I am concerned, he simply stole my $225.00. I would be happy if I could receive my $and put this matter behind us. Not to worry about the other siding project we had discussed and he quoted and said he would repair. The second contractor finished that work also

I am very surprised at this complaintMy company was involved in a few project at this houseI did not receive a voice mail from her about that part of the project and I knocked on her door on a few occasions to let her know that the year old side walk needs more then just levelingBut she
refuses toanswer the door when I'm thereI k ow she was home because her car is in the drivewayI left there on good terms with her For anyone who would like to see my work on her front and back steps please feel free to check it outAll the work was under permits and passed with flying colours If you don't believe me just check it out with *** *** city hallShe will not be getting any money from me.I work hard for my money and I have a wife and two little boys with autism to take care ofI am extremely disappointed in this senior citizens unprofessionalism and lack of communication
