Stay away from this guy-had to chase him down to get only some of our order Saw him at a local festival and approached him, he tried to say I didn't pay, which I did for items I never receivedShowed him the receipt that they were paid for and he said he would take care of it Never heard from him and never will, Do Not Use this business!! Horrible!!!

I wouldn't shop here again I placed an order an the charge cleared the next day and it has now been weeks and no product I left e-mails and phone calls and no response Not good customer service And they have my money

Dig and Bark never sent my tshirt order from April ; it is now October and they refuse to return calls and emails and FAcebook messages They paid themselves same day as my order They are crooks!

Dig and Bark failed to send my order after charging me. Repeated emails and phone calls are left unanswered. I have never been able to get a person to answer their listed phone number and no one has retuned my calls after leaving numerous voicemails. The order was placed in March and now it is June with the item still listed as unfulfilled. Poor company and no customer service. They essentially stole from me.

Same thing happened for me. I placed my order on 10/03/15, they debited my card on that day, and 30 days later the order still hasn't shipped.
Unresponsive to emails and phone calls aren't answered.
Disputed the charge on my credit card.
