DIGG Foundation failed to get required permits, paperwork and inspections for foundation repair to my house On 10/5/16,I had DIGG Foundation come to my house for an estimate for foundation repair.This is an email to DIGG(on what happened): On 10/05/16,you came to my house to give an estimate for foundation repair,I advised you that the City of McKinney is very strict and a permit would need to be pulled.You advised that it would be taken care of.Then,on 10/10/16,I phoned you with questions: 1.Would you be the one to pull a permit with the City of McKinney? you answered Yes 2.Would you have a post plumber after the work was complete? you answered Yes 3.Would I be able to see the work? you answered Yes 4.I advised that I had a few estimates and they all showed an extra pier between the window and HVAC unit,I asked would you be willing to add that pier? you answered Yes at an extra cost, which I agreed to pay 5.I asked about a rose bush that would need care removing and placing it back?
Foundation repair company that did repairs will not respond to my calls in regard to issues we are havingWe are under warranty
Prior to our purchase of our home *** *** of Digg Foundation Repair worked on the foundation.When we bought the house we received a copy of the year warranty which will end in November
We have had Mr*** out here for continued problems and he suggested foam for support which we did at our expenseWe are having continued problems
I contacted Mr*** on 9/2/and spoke with him about our issuesHe made an appointment with me to come to our home for Tuesday morning 9/6/He did not show upI called him that day to find out why and rescheduleI called him the following day to rescheduleHe has yet to return my callI have warrantyI am having issues
I would like to take the time to thank Scott and Digg foundation repair In June of this year I got a proposal from Scott and accepted his bid The following day his crew showed up and did an excellent job on the two wing walls that had settled and pulled away from the house They fixed it and left in a period of about hours About a month later one of the walls had settled and pulled away from the house This being the busy season for repairs, it was about one and a half months before they returned and repaired the sunken wall and educated me as to water and foundation settling Good job thank again Scott .*** ***
