I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is a step in the right direction and I will cut out a couple different areas so they can clearly see the manufacturers defects in the material I'm talking about with this linerI see no valid reason to try and pick up, wrap and mail this entire liner due to its size and weight that would be utterly ridiculous and expensive to attempt on my part especially with no guarantee of them correcting the problem at this pointBut I will gladly send the piecesLooking forward to hearing back from them but from what I'm seeing not only on here but on the internet in general this is not their first rodeo with this particular problem and seems to the norm rather than the occasional and its "Never" the manufacturers faultOh but guess what They are the manufacturer according to the email I received back from themWe'll see I reserve the right to keep this complaint open until such time some kind of understanding has been agreed upon by both parties

Although the Terms and Conditions of the sale that were agreed upon as a condition of the
purchase clearly state that when a liner has a defect, we offer replacement only, we will go over and above and offer a return for this productMoreover, I will give you a full credit/refund for the liner and will pay for the shipping to get the product returned to warehouse

I am rejecting this response because: We went to another pool liner business online and ordered a standard beaded liner and it fit with no problems Other sites we looked at have the same liners it was only linerworld that did not fitIt is not a standard bead as they are stating or it would have fit as the other liner did Another company online actually gave us a liner site that showed the dimensions for liners and a standard is what we needed it is what we got from the second place we bought it and it is NOT what we received from linerworld The liner from linerworld was cut in a small spot to try and fit to the bead receiver This business has never thought that it is possible that this liner could have been flawed It also has never told us what they consider dimension wise standard beaded liner

I am very sorry to hear of your circumstance
All of our liners have a low defect rate, but it seems as though you have had some
bad luck
As per the Terms and Coinditions of the sale, it is past the time frame to return the product, but we do offer a warranty
With the warranty....you would have to send back the product at your expense, and after inspection, you would pay a small fee to replace it
Since you have had so much trouble, here is what I will offer out of our policy range:
1.) You do not have to send anything back
2.) We will replace the liner with a better oneOne of our Premium (American made) liners at no cost (including the extra cost of the better product) and shipping will be at no chargeHere is the link to view the product:

Our pool service company has made an agreement and a contract to service the swimming pool and we have also offered to consult and help in the future if needed

I am sorry to hear of the bad experience that you are having.Unfortunately pool liners are very vulnerable to poor maintenance, and bad luck.If chlorine damages the liner beyond repair, then it should be replaced at the pool owner's expenseAs per agreed upon in the "Terms and Conditions" of the

I am rejecting this response because: After being told by the female that refused to give her name that the business was closed and the company that bought it was not accepting any of the warranties from sold products and then being told by the man that said he was the owner that he doesn't give a f... about it. And Obviously we are the ones that don't know how to install and it's our fault anyway, I had a local repair company fix the seized up motor. I don't want the owner touching this one now that it works. I will just continue to handle it myself and never purchase from him again and I will also be certain to spread the word of his poor business activities. I certainly appreciate the Revdex.com getting involved but this guy has already shown us how he operates and I'm not interested in dealing with that kind of business or individual.Have a blessed day.

this pool liner was purchased in July of 2016. I am not sure what you mean when you say that the product lasted 2 weeks?Are you trying to make a warranty claim on a liner that was installed in July of 2016?Thanks for your help. I should be able to resolve the issues you are having, and come up with a game plan with more correspondence.

Customer will send back the damaged area and side seam.....and we will...

give a full credit.
Customer can keep the patch / repair kit that we sent.
Upon approval / agreement of this resolution in the Revdex.com portal, and upon reeipt of the seam credits, we will implement a full refund.
