Review: ok I sent my phone off to this company diggy mobile for 130 dollars so they sent me a shipping kit I did ever thing that said was to be done then sent it off I dont know if the usps sent it to them or lost it I really dont care I just know im out without a found which I paid 200 dollars for someone need to give me my money I think it should be diggy mobile since I did send it to themDesired Settlement: I wont my check for 130 for sending my phone off

I'm really sorry about all the confusion here. Diggy Mobile has recently

began selling on Usell and you were actually our first client through

their system. Unfortunately there was a matter with the US Post Office

that wasn't resolved and we weren't made aware of it until 2 days ago.

They had been holding your package the entire time and never bothered to

notify us. I have an appointment with the manager tomorrow morning and

the package will be released.

Again, I very much apologize about the delay and in order to make things

right we're going to add on $10 to your offer if the phone is in the

stated condition. I thank you for your patience and for being our first

"USell buyer".
