We ordered two dresses from them after I had confirmed with them that the dresses were in stock. Their shipping policies said that it would take 3-5 business days from the day that the order was placed. Two weeks later and the order still showed Unfulfilled.
I made several attempts to reach out to them over the next weeks without any response. I had to file a dispute with my bank after twice letting them know that I would do so if they did not respond. They responded shortly afterwards letting me know that they were a legitimate business but that they had to order the dresses from their manufacturer because they weren't in stock. This was no excuse for not responding earlier.

I ordered a dress through this company on March 21, 2019. Prior to ordering I called the store as stated on their website to make sure dress was in stock. They told me it was. I then placed my order. I was told I would receive dress in 7 days. I called after 7 days and was then told 14 days. I called and emailed after 14 days to be told dress was being shipped out end of week. After no dress and no tracking update I called back again to be told that there was a mix up with whomever they get the dresses from and the original dress I paid for was not available. By then 3 weeks had passed. I kept telling them that my daughter’s prom was April 27, 2019. I also kept telling them I need the dress so I could have a corset back put in it because the dress was a tight fit and I wanted to give my daughter extra room in dress. Now because I was leaving out on cruise and wasn’t going to have time to get alterations after 3 weeks has went by and the dress hadn’t been shipped, so I asked if they could put in corset back. They agreed. I measured my daughter and sent measurements. Stated would put corset 2 in about butt. The dress arrived 4-25-19. The corset back was put in but the zipper was not removed. The dress still fits the same way. What they did was lower zipper and put a messy corset loops in and sent a string that looks like a shoestring in. I took it to several places as soon as I got dress and no one can fix it. Seamstress after seamstress told me it was improperly installed and should have had ribbon instead of string. If this dress had arrived when they told me I would have had time to have it property installed by a seamstress who knew what they were doing. This company has lied to me for over a month about this dress. My daughter was suppose to have the dress in navy blue. We ended up with blush because they lied. They have a know refund policy and we are stuck with a dress that is ruined and my daughter can’t wear two days before prom when I ordered in March and was told would be shipped in 7 .
