I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.I have received the refund of my purchase and am presently discussing the return of the switches in question as the
switches are useless to me.As for the response by digi-key the switches WERE NOT WITHIN THE SPECIFICATIONS THAT I PROVIDED! I specifically requested a switch for a 2HP motor and the technician recomended a switch that was only capable for a 3/motor - IT DID NOT MEET MY SPECIFICATIONS!I have received the refund and will consider the matter closed.Thank you,*** ***
