An [redacted] delivery was missed four times Difficulty reaching the company through the phone due to long waits Have had this experience before Tracking: [redacted] I made an order on [redacted] on Fri, Nov with a Sun, Nov delivery date The delivery was missed The driver came on Mon, Nov 26, however I work during the day, so when he called I asked him to re-attempt on Tues, Nov as I could make arrangements to be home He said it would be reattempted that day On Tuesday, the delivery did not come I called the call centre but the wait time was over min I drove to the warehouse on Freeport Cres in the NE (while on hold still waiting for a call centre representative, they never did answer) The parcel was there, however they said they couldn't get it for me as it was shrink wrapped on a pallet with hundreds of other shipments I explained the ordeal I experienced and asked at the least if they could deliver today, Wednesday Nov after 4PM when I was home
This company is awfulThe drivers are lazy and carelessWill mark a package as "attempted delivery" without actually having attempted a delivery, forcing the recipient to drive across town to pick up the package they paid to have deliveredNo accountabilityPackages have gone missingAre they stolen by the drivers or left carelessly where they can be stolen? Either way, this company is the reason for tens of thousands in lost revenue for Amazon as well as their customers

This company provides inadequate service *** has chosen to use them as a courier and they consistently deliver the items to a different city, and eventually lose the parcel There is not tracking information available, and the company will provide no other information than that the parcel is 'on the truck.'
I have had to reship parcels with other shipping companies, due to the incompetency of this courier

I am shocked and sorry to read the two negative reviewsI have never had any issues with Intelcom ExpressAll of my orders came on time or earlier than expectedMy past two orders have required a signatureI am not sure how new that is but with all of the package thefts it is the best policy
