I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
They were working in creek and next door, but the problem was with the tree lawn and gravel where they had lay equipment. The grass was ruined but you did replace. A couple months later, grass was coming in or bad grass with weeds. I did call then and talked to Jessica D***. She said she would contact supervisor. No one showed, called again and she said that she contacted the project manager or supervisor, don't remember, and said they would be out, never saw no one. Waited till after snow melted, called again speaking to same lady. I then got my mother involved and she started calling. You guys told me you would replace anything that was harmed. My gravel was never replaced and grass looked really bad. Finally got City involved. They came out and replaced grass and brought some gravel.Thank you*** ***

My name is Guy C*** and I am the Project
Manager for this project at D***-Suburban ExcavatingI am wondering if perhaps *** *** is confusing us with another company? A company performed work at the creek area at her property directly after our work was finishedThis company had much of the area torn up to install gabion baskets in the creek
When a complaint and/or phone call is made to our office that person would be connected to me since I am the project managerI would then in turn get the project superintendent involved and together we would take care of the problemIn this case, no one ever contacted me or the project superintendent regarding this complaintFurthermore, with all of our construction projects, we supply each individual city with a maintenance bond that requires us make any necessary repairs to the project for a specified length of timeBecause of this maintenance bond, the city would call us and instruct us to make the necessary repairsWe were never contacted by the city of StrongsvilleThe city would ordinarily not spend their own money making these repairs when we are bound by this maintenance bond
We are a very reputable company and perform millions of dollars in construction projects every yearWe take great pride in all of our projects and perform our work at a very high level with quality workmanshipIn this industry your reputation means everything and I believe nearly all of our clients would speak very highly of us
