I am the co signer on all her student loansand I pay all her bills she does not work and I still claim her as a dependent on my taxestherefore she can not pay this bill on her ownso if I am going to have to give her the money to pay for it so I have the right to file a complaint asking why they feel this is a fair charge as the regulations from the student loan program says it is not that's why they asked for a refund from them for this amount

school has its refund schedule and policies clearly described in the School Catalog.  When a student withdraws from DigiPen due to any reason after the refund deadline, the student is still responsible for paying the tuition for the semester.  Your daughter is not withdrawn due to non-payment of tuition, but due to her academic status in her program.  If you are interested in understanding the actual situation of your daughter’s education at DigiPen, please contact myself and with the proper FERPA release signed by your daughter, we can then discuss her academic status with you.
