I have not signed up for this service. I have now been billed for 3 months.I have talked to support people and they kept insisting that this was signed up for by me , because it had my computers ID. They read from a script when you call them because she just kept repeating the same statement when I asked a questions. I DID not sign up for this membership and would like 3 months membership fees of 39.99 refunded and I would like to see these Kind of set ups closed down and made to return all the money earned illegally. Amazingly no books have been read from my account..... because it is a SCAM> No supervisor was available to speak to.

Baited to enter cc information while purchasing movie tickets online. Thought I was entering on what appeared to be fandango- but it was a mediakee popup. Luckily cancelled 5 minutes after once I realized it.
This place is a total SCAM. Shady shady shady!!! They are using bogus movie websites to make you then be led to their website and sign up thinking you are getting a completely different product. They need to be put out of business NOW. do not buy or do any business with this company. They refused to refund me my 2.99 charge which was made thinking it was for a completely different product and website. BAD.
