Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below The coach lied to me, mostly, just in order to take money in my nameHe was rushing me to sign, and all of this took about minutesBefore I got another coach who will be marketing coach, it took more than days policy reiumbursement, they proclaimed to have, so there is not even time to hear what the next coach will have to say, and figure out if it is something promising equal to the $10,So themselves violated that policy of days, because they didn't provide the next coach within those days policy reiumbursement they said, they haveAnd worst, is : it is not an obligation to stay in any business and continue if you detected a red light contrary to all the promisesPlease, investigate with them, what they money has been paid for, they do not have nothing to show for the money they took in my nameThey are scamming, frauding people to make themselves richThey have the $10,in their account, I did not get anything for it, and they are expecting me to pay that money? Oh nowhat they money has been taken for? they need to show it, and they should have a return displayed in my name to show itIf they can show you anything, it means they are stealing, scamming, frauding, lieingThey can take money in my name and force me to stay in the business, no business has to be forced on anybody

I have documented over thirty phone calls to DA in an effort to resolve this matter, the last thing that I want to do is waste my time again being on the phone to your answering service that screens all of your calls again You cheated me and I just want all of my money back!

have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.They have stopped responding to my emails and said there decision is final. I made them aware I had submitted my case with yourselves last week but had no response to this. I have over 60 emails of conversations with not one suggestion made on how to help or support me apart from continue promoting there system (I can provide email conversations). This is even after explaining what this has done to my health and the impact it has had on my life both mentally and financially. I put my trust in there coach/salesman who gave me misleading information and 'aggressively pressured' me into buying there Ascend and Peak product as I was told this is the only way to make real money and how it would change my life. I could not continue the steps until I paid for the Ascend and Peak products (I can prove this with the date I paid for the products and the date the 18 steps were finished). This was when it was suggested I get a bank loan to continue. I have tried to be reasonable with them and explain my situation since the start of May. The thought of putting anyone else through this makes me feel physically sick and why it has had such a negative impact on my health. I am asking for the money back on the products which they had not fulfilled or I could use due to the advice I had been giving by my coach/salesman. I cannot sleep at night thinking about this and cant begin to explain the distress and anxiety this has caused me. The last thing I want to do is promote a system which has this impact on people. This has left me paying for something I have not received and after being misled the way I have I cannot put someone through this with the guidance I have been giving by my coach. I am at the stage where I am in fear of losing my house and have tried to explain this but no consideration was made. I even asked if I could work with them on agreeing something apart from promoting Digital Altitude but this was also not considered.
