The first issue to address is the problem with the first rear seat cover that we received. The vehicle is a [redacted] that came from the factory with the seat from a [redacted]. The customer never had an opportunity to refuse them...
because we could not install them because they would not fit. We reordered the new covers from our supplier once we figured out the issue with the fit. We contacted him when the new covers arrived and booked him for the install. After we completed the job and proceeded to collect payment he asked for a discount. We refused on the grounds that the issue was a manufacturing defect and not something that could be avoided. It was at this point that he became anisive with my staff and they told him to leave. There were several other customers present in our showroom at the time and all commented that [redacted] had acted inappropriately. On the topic of the fit of the new cover. These are protective covers and not replacement upholstery for the seats. The fit is not perfect but the covers will generally take a better fit to the seats with use. I feel the only resolution we can offer is to have [redacted] make arrangements to bring his car in and we will remove the covers and reimburse him on full.

How ever I lose more time and time is money for me but it is better to they remove their seat cover from my car and refund my money I can go to[redacted]
