This member requested his payment of $30 on 32017 at 10:50:26 AM - the same day of this complaint (the payment was requested AFTER the complaint was filed). He also contacted support on a Friday and submitted this complaint on a Monday, not allowing proper 1-3 business days for us to help... him with his concern.I am not sure why he submitted a complaint to the BBB. It is possible that the member did not know that he has to log into his account and request his payment (some members like to let them build up, while others want faster payments). This is a simple a redemption issue. The payment should go out under our normal payment schedule, typically less than 7 days from the requested payment date. Please follow up with us if the payment is not received after this time period

We were able to locate another email address that this user provided, and we have added them to our do not email listThey should not receive further emails from GoFreebies

We find and curate links to free stuff provided by other companies. We never share information with other companies unless...

the customer directly confirms that they want for us to. We do not call any of our members. We have removed this reader from our mailing list to make sure she is comfortable moving forward. I did want to mention, however, that this member submitted the complaint before waiting the recommended time of about 14 or so days to receive freebies. We can see some freebies take up to 6 weeks to arrive. Since we don't ship them ourselves, we can't offer any commitment. We are a directory of free sample links that we find on the web, not a provider of samples.

I am so tired of woman [redacted] I was just reading a lot of comments that was on [redacted], and it was all the same, A SCAM, I guess I had to be the one to report it. All you do is to take you from link to link, for samples that I never receive.I bet that NOBODY EVER receives any of these big items, which is shown on [redacted].
