Review: I have taken my computer to this business twice for the same problems. Both times my issue was not resolved. With a follow up phone appointment the owner of this company [redacted] attempted to resolve the issue by screen sharing. During this phone appt he de-activated my virus protection and attempted to resolve the issues. He advised he would call me back the following day. Weeks went by...I sent an email to the business with no reply. One day I realized I had NO virus protection on my computer. I contacted them to ask them to put my virus protection back on my computer as well as fix the printing problem that I took it in for twice with no avail. After an hour on the phone the tech stated he can't figure out the computer printing issue and told me I need to call my virus protection provider to put the virus protection back on. I stated I did not remove it and they need to put it back on. Once again, days go by with no return call. This company has no customer service and clearly do not know how to repair computers.Desired Settlement: I want my printing issue resolved and the Virus protection that I purchased through [redacted] to be re-installed in my computer. I do not want a trial version of the protection installed. I paid for this protection and the computer repair company DELETED this from my computer. If they removed it they need to put it back!!! My personal banking etc has been at risk.

At this time, I have not been contacted by Digital Bridge Computer Services regarding complaint ID [redacted]. I have rectified the Internet security problem only because I could not go any longer without virus protection. But I am not surprised with the service that I had received, that they have not responded. At this point I would just request that their business be documented as uncooperative and not service friendly. I continue to have a printing issue but I no longer wish to deal with them. Though I don't believe the third letter is going to get them to contact me. Thank you for your attempts at helping me resolve my issue.
