I bought a really expensive ceramic decal printer form this company and once they had my money (in excess of 8000 once shipping a customs and Canadian taxes were cleared) they disappeared. I have had zero tech help. No one calls back. They have completely abandoned me with a machine that barely functions.
I have two other colleagues who purchased from this fly by night company and they have experienced the very same thing.
After many calls and emails I asked to return the machine, but again no answer. I then had to ensue with European company to take up a device plan but even they can't navigate this faulty piece of equipment.
I think this company should be put right out of business. I also notice they have no less that 3 separate business addresses listed. Not one of them responds.
I am completely outraged.
