Digital Classifieds Reviews (%countItem)

We had an add on a popular website for our motorhome, the sales person for digitalclassifieds.biz called and offered to list our motorhome and tow vehicle for $***. She stated this was to be the only charge until sold. Shortly later they called with a buyer for the listed price but because the buyer had poor credit we needed to pay an extra fee $*** to help this buyer get a better intrest rate. We did this and after 4 weeks and six attempts to contact them went unanswered I contacted the supposed buyer by text. The buyer stated they were blacking away from the deal. When I called their customer service department they emailed that an owner would contact me the week of July 20th about a refund of the money. To date no one has contacted me. Repeated calls to them goes unanswered. I will also contact tha Federal Trade commission, and the *** states attorney. Thank you Randall ***.

Desired Outcome

Billing Adjustment Return the $***.

(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
The $*** refund will satisfy us. And consider the matter closed. Thank you for your help
Randall ***.

This company claims they will advertise your RV and find buyers for it when in fact it's really a scam to get $*** from you. There's No way listing my RV on a couple websites cost that much money. The only time they contacted me was to ask for another $*** to complete the sale of my RV which I did not give them.Plus I have not heard of them and over 2 weeks and I suspect I won't hear From them Anymore

Desired Outcome

Refund I would be fine if they wanted to take $*** out of the $*** for their "advertising". So I would expect at least a refund of $***. Preferably the full amount of $***.

Case #***
Lexi ***
To whom this may concern:
Ms. has been with our marketing company since May 21, 2020. Our support team and marketing director fervently utilize social media platforms along with paid auction sites to market until sold. Our terms & conditions is also listed transparently on every receipt and within every email correspondence. We have had great success this year connecting buyers to sellers in the RV category.
Currently, Ms. has initiated a dispute and our company must wait for the process to run its course.
Respectfully,
Management Team

My experience with Digital Classifieds (also called ***)

On around February 20 or 21, I was contacted by Maria ***. She had seen an ad for my Uncle's *** on *** or ***. As Personal Representative for his estate I was selling it since he passed away ***. She wanted to sell/market the car for me, she had big ideas about the pricing and had recent experience selling a similar car. She said it would typically take 4 weeks to sell a car like this so I decided to market with her and paid $*** on Feb 21, 2020. At first it seemed like we were getting lots of bids coming in and she had good connections based on what she was telling me.

I did check the Website for Digital Classifieds, the website had luxury cars, classic cars, semi-trucks, motorcycles, boats, RVs, helicopters, planes and farm equipment all for sale or have been sold. It was an impressive website and many things had been recently sold according to the website.

Revdex.com had no information on Digital Classifieds.

Feb 21-March 4, 2020
Maria was reporting many offers on the *** and it seemed to be going well. I was so encouraged that on March 4, 2020, I decided to list 2 other vehicles with Digital Classifieds, a *** and *** Truck so I spent another $*** on March 2, 2020. Again, she reported that she was getting bids and offers through auctions and advertising, I never found the *** or the *** on the Digital Classifieds website'

March 10, 2020
Maria sent an email on saying she had 4 bids at $***, $***, $*** and $***, I have attached the email labeled A.

I told her I would accept the $*** bid on the ***, it was a little lower than I was hoping for but acceptable to the heirs of my Uncle's Estate. This is where everything broke down and nothing seemed to be happening. I was setting up weekly calls with Maria and she kept missing the arranged times. The last one she missed I decided to call and talk to someone else at Digital Classifieds.

I called and talked to Maria's boss, Kendra. She took over and called me back and said none of the bids were bonified offers and she needed time. First conversation was on March 16 and I only communicated with her after that. Mostly she asked for time and said I was bothering her too much, I did text but mostly to try to get updates. I didn't have her company email so my main communication channel was text and calling. Language towards me was terrible on multiple calls.

Dan ***, Director of Finance called and said he had a deal, this was the deal he outlined to me:

' We have a buyer in ***, *** for both cars, same buyer
' Price $*** for the *** and $*** for the ***, Total $***.
' We will use *** out of *** for inspection, and the inspectors name was Bill *** and that was set up on the computer for 3:30pm Friday April 10, 2020 while we talked
' Money will be wired on Friday after inspection and the car would be picked up/transferred on Tuesday, April 14, 2020.
' The one catch was that I needed to pay an additional $*** per car because they were sold on *** and they have a fee. I negotiated this down to $*** and he charged my Uncle's Debit Card on 4/9/2020. He guaranteed that I would get my money back if I had a problem with the deal. Said he would send a written guarantee.
' He said that the loan for the cars would be through *** company and that a lady by the name of Susan *** (***) made the arrangements and the loan number *** and the buyers interest rate was ***%, doing the deal through *** helped secure that interest rate plus they handle the inspection and had a 3 month warranty on the vehicle. I asked for Susan *** number and he said the deal was done over a *** video chat. I also asked him how he and the company gets paid and he said the he gets % of the ***% loan amount up front.
' Otherwise the deal without paying the $*** fee would be $*** less on each car because the buyer would have to pay ***% interest on the loan. Total Price for both cars $***.
' I was pretty excited thinking this was a good deal, not happy about the additional fees but I believed everything he was telling me since everything was happening in a few days and he had a lot of detail. He told me that our whole conversation was recorded and not to worry.
' I emailed and tried to call Dan later that day to re-ask some of the questions and no answer and no reply.

April 9th, 2020
' I decided to check with *** regarding the inspection on Friday and *** to verify the loan and they have no record of anything associated with this deal. I also tried to contact *** but couldn't get ahold of customer service. I did email Susan *** that Dan referenced in our call and got no response. I don't know if she is a real person or not?
' I sent Dan an email asking about the issues I found with the loan and inspection, no reply.
' I called the Bank and it was too late to stop the debit card payment of $*** paid on 4/9/2020.

April 10, 2020.
' Had a call with Dan *** (or Goode on his voice mail') after I reached out to Kenda via text asking for a call. He called me at about noon and he said he was in trouble with the boss for short cutting the system, not certain what he was talking about but Kendra mentioned the same thing. He said the deal was now gone and no inspection today. He said my money, the $*** would be refunded and he would start the process today. I asked if the buyer was still interested and he said yes, I asked for his name and phone number and all he said was his name was Sanders and lived in ***, ***. It was against company policy to give out that information.

Total money I have paid them:

INVOICE # DATE $$ COMMENTS
*** 2/20/2020 $***
***
Product_Or_Service: Advertising and Sales

Desired Outcome

Refund 1. I need to get all my money back, $*** and I would like to be paid for a portion of my time, 10 hours at $/hour. Total $***. I don't think this is unreasonable since I have lost 2 months of time at the prime time in the market for selling classic cars, just prior to the Summer. 2. Digital Classifieds rating and Specialized Auto Marketing need to be connected on the Revdex.com so people realized who they are dealing with.
