If you are looking for an honest, dependable, and professional asphalt contractor, then look no further than Royals Contracting I contacted almost a dozen different asphalt companies in search of a contractor to help repair our existing driveway, as well as install a circle drive We live on a winding hill with an asphalt driveway that ended at the top of the hill and dropped us (and visitors) onto solid dirt for parking I met [redacted] Royals and discussed options with him, including the addition of a large circle drive He took his time in answering my questions, taking measurements, etc When I received his proposal/contract, it laid out the terms we had discussed (several other companies sent proposals containing terms different from what was discussed including in some cases no warranty) I had read enough about "asphalt" being a huge hassle for homeowners in terms of scammers, etc (Pretty sure I met at least one of those great reviews on a well-known home site, but my homework sent the alarm bells ringing!) Anyway, I went with Royals Contracting and couldn't be happier My project manage was [redacted] great to work with and kept on top of things We ran into issues with drainage, etc [redacted] and [redacted] (you know it's a great company when the owner stays in touch as well) kept me informed the entire way was upfront and honest about options and pros and cons of waiting vsmoving ahead I love my new driveway as does UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc (much easier for their big trucks to exit the property) Thanks to ***'s suggestion, he installed rain diverters (like speed bumps) on the hill, and run off is no longer an issue! I would not hesitate to use Royals Contracting again!

On Wednesday, November 18, *** Plumbing came to unclog our pipes in the bathroom The toilet and bathtub were not draining They left our house at approximately 9:30am Before leaving they flushed the toilet and ran the tub water and all seemed to be working properly When my fiancé and I got home from work she took a bath at approximately 6:30pm This was the first time the bathroom had been used since *** left that morning Nothing was fixed, it clogged up as if no one had worked on the pipes at all I called *** Plumbing and informed them of this to which they stated that clogs aren't warrantied and for them to come back out would be an additional payment Mind you, we had already paid them $for work that didn't repair the problem Why should we, the customer, have to pay for services AGAIN when it obviously didn't work the first time? AND it was only hours later I could understand if it was days or weeks later and the problem reoccurred This is terrible customer service They may not warranty clogs but their "work" should at least be covered for 24-hours As a customer I should not have to repay for a problem they didn't fix in the first place We have had to call another plumber to come do the repairs because I don't trust Trough Plumbing to do the job correctly

I wish I would have read reviews before choosing them. Same issues as already stated. They came and unclogged our main line. When the guy left, the drain was functioning fine. It wasn't 2 weeks later that the same issue happened again. And In those 2 weeks we were gone for 1 of them so if the drain was cleared properly it wouldn't have clogged again so soon. I was informed that clogs aren't warrantied and would be expected to pay. Customer service is terrible. Definitely wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
