Review: Last September I purchased a Samsung tablet through what I thought was [redacted]' website. It was a re-seller that bears the [redacted] name, Eletrobrands, aka Top Sales. I thought I purchased a new product. The Galaxy 10.1 I bought was never advertised as used or refurbished. I have my receipt to prove that. The unit began to exhibit a screen defect 3 weeks ago. I called Samsung because there is a 1 year warranty on this product. Samsung asked me for the unit's "IMEI" number. When I provided it, Samsung informed me that the unit is out of warranty. I sent them my receipt to prove I bought a new product in September of 2015. Samsung reported to me that the IMEI number was not printed on the recipe and that I would need to get a recipe from the seller that includes the IMEI number. I contacted [redacted] and spend that last 2 weeks allowing them to be my liaison with the reseller. The reseller has never answered my emails, has openly lied and misinformed [redacted] about my request for a new recipe. I have the email to prove all of this. Finally when I got in touch with [redacted] corporate holdings, they insisted that the reseller provide their paperwork for the product they sold me. The reseller apparently "cannot find it".

[redacted] says there's no more they can do because the reseller is at fault. I do know know if that is true. My [redacted] recipe says top sales will fulfill the order, but the whole rest of the receipt looks like [redacted] sold it. I looked up the reseller only to find that I am not the only person with this complaint. They seem to have a history of selling un-warrantied products.Desired Settlement: While I would be happy to take a new unit, I have no confidence that this company can provide it. If they can send a new unit AND I can verify the IMEI number with Samsung I will be satisfied. Since they seem to be a grey market vendor, I'd also just like my $498 back and they can have the defective unit. I am ready to provide my paper trail for this case. Please let me know if I have any recourse through the Revdex.com. Thank you.

Review: Hello, I bought a Microsoft surface 2 from Double Down Deals on November [redacted]. I bought it new and they called me and told me they were out of the new ones but had a display model. They told me it would have no scratches or dents. I received it with a few paint chips but decided that it would be ok. On the back it had a protective paper sort of so I decided to leave it. I tried to take it off a couple of days ago but it is superglued. It won't come off at all. I have contacted the company using this number ###-###-#### multiple times they keep saying no! I don't know what to do... I feel as if this is a scam! David the customer service agent I spoke to was being awfully rude. I would ask him things and he would talk over me. Also, in the first email I recived it said we are a small family business and we guarantee you will be satisfied, if you are not pleased contact us and we will resolve the issue!Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the 250 I spent. This was absolutely wrong and unacceptable!
