Review: I purchase a Nikon D800 Camera from them and the salesperson Andy B[redacted] suggested I buy an extended warranty. Which I did. I purchased a Consumer Priority Service 5 year Digital Camera warranty through Digital Depot Online at the same time of my Nikon [redacted] on 7/**/2012. Today 9/*/2015 I called Consumer Priority Service and they told me that Digital Depot Online voided out my warranty. They told me to call the dealer I purchased the warranty from and ask them for a new membership ID number. I followed their instructions and have tried multiple times to call Digital Depot Online and only get fast busy signals. I tried to look up business online but have not been able to find any contact information for them.Desired Settlement: I need a new Consumer Priority Service Extended Warranty 5 years under 3,000 digital camera with accidental coverage ID number that is good and that I will be able to activate.

Review: Seller advertised for a Nikon camera lense with very attractive price. I placed the order online and got the email asking to call in to confirm my order. Order was placed at night, I called the next morning, found out that lense is for an SLR camera, NOT digital camera. The price for the digital one is double. I asked them to cancel my order (it's not even shipped out yet), the salesman said it cannot be cancel. I need to get something lower spec for cheaper price. I immediately went to their website n snap some photos with my phone to document the ad. It didn't list the lense is SLR or digital; it clearly stated Nikon lense with the correct spec that I need. I told the salesman about the misunderstanding/misleading ad, he replied "...everyone should knows an imported lense is an SLR" How on earth would I know that?!? I had no choice but to follow his instruction - accept the order for the lower end lense, then call them back for an RMA number to get my refund. I called my bank and cancelled my credit card - to treat it as a fraud so the bank wont pay them. The bank told me, I need to let the transaction takes place then file the complaint - the "proper way" to do things. I trusted the bank, and followed all their instructions...after all my headaches, the bank told me "take it to small claim, or file a report with Revdex.com, they cant give me a refund because this is not a fraud". The package is still sealed/intact ready to send back. Please help me get my refund.Desired Settlement: I'd spent too much time and efforts; all my headaches...plz help me get my refund.
