After I received a complaint from the customer last week I drove over there and talk to him and asked what their concerns were and I told her that I replaced all the wood on the siding that me and her husband discussed when I went and did the job before I did it and I did all the pieces that me and him discussed and the other part was she don’t like the look of the metal flashing coming out underneath the dormer windows and I kind of understand that but in theory for roofing that is how it is supposed to be exposed and I told her to go around and look at some upscale houses in Crown colony and see that all the metal is expose like it on every job everywhere not just hers but also I told her I could fast and shingles over top of that flashing but it loses her guarantee or I can just glue them there with tar but there’s a chance on the hottest days of the year that they can slide down and she said she would talk to her husband about it and that was the last I heard but I’ll do whatever she wants me to do if she would just communicate with me
