Their denial sickens meThe damage was 100% caused by their employeeI know we did not cause it and would never try to make someone else pay for itIt is not a coincidence that the hole was not there before his arrival and is in the exact area he was working
Digital Dish has reviewed the claim. The damage to the floor does not appear to be caused by anything the technician did while in the home. Unfortunately, Digital Dish can't accept the Damage Claim and will not be able to offer anything for the damages; since they were not caused by
our employee. Terms of any contracts would need to be discussed directly through Dish; since the agreement is between a customer and Dish directly, not Digital Dish
Digital Dish has contacted the customer and left a message with our contact information. We can send out a Field Manager to do a quality inspection and verify that the system is installed correctly. Any questions or concerns regarding the contract would have to be directed to
Dish. Digital Dish can offer assistance in verifying the Dish system is functioning properly. If an inspection by a Field Manager is desired, please call me directly at *** *** ***

I have showed actual documentation regarding my outletsI would like to see documentation from digital dish telling me differentThe digital dish supervisor who came out for a walkthrough is not an electrician, I want to see actual documentation that refutes an actual electricianI do not take his word over documented proof
This claim was evaluated by both Digital Dish and Dish Network; Digital Dish did not find any verifiable evidence that any damage was caused by our technician. Both the hot and neutral side of the electrical outlet in question showed voltage when tested by a Digital Dish Field Manager....
Unfortunately based on this information Digital Dish is not able to offer any compensation for the alleged damage. If there are service issues with the Dish system that need rectified, the customer can contact Dish directly at 800-333-3474 to schedule an appointment.
During the review of the claim we found no evidence that any damage was caused by a Digital Dish employee. Unfortunately, our position on the claim does stand as denied. If you have any additional information relevant to your claim, please contact our office so the information can be reviewed.

It is unfortunate that you do not agree with Digital Dish and Dish Networks decision on this claim. Digital Dish completed the installation of the Dish system; when the Dish system was evaluated by a Digital Dish Field Manager no problems were found. The testing of the Dish Equipment itself is completed by Dish Network, any disputes regarding that should be directed to Dish Network. If you have any documentation proving any damage was caused by Digital Dish's installation or Dish's Equipment please submit that for our review.
