Review: Communicated with this business proprietor regarding sound reinforcement equipment that business proprietor advertised for sale on [redacted] under his [redacted] user name of [redacted]; specifically discussed shipping terms and conditions prior to bidding and subsequently winning bids. Business owner promptly replied in the affirmative and freely expressed a willingness to accommodate my desire to pay him a modest fee to pack the items for shipment and allow my courier (Federal Express) to pick the items up, with prepared shipping forms billed to my FedEx account.

Immediately upon winning the auction, I initiated steps to pay for the merchandise and his requested handling fees, but never got a reply. I, in turn, paid his full shipping fees and the sale price for the two auctions, and continued to send communications to this business owner via phone as well as through the [redacted] messaging system (the same method by which he and I openly communicated in swift fashion prior to my payments). All further reply communications to my telephone calls, voice mail messages, [redacted] messages, and emails have ceased on his part despite many attempts to reach him on my part.

Over 45 days have passed since I sent payments totalling $473.98, with no merchandise delivered and no response from this business proprietor.Desired Settlement: I expect delivery of the merchandise the seller advertised, accepted my bid for, and received payment from me for, in the exact condition described, and in a prompt and courteous manner. If there are any payment or refund issues to be resolved, I expect prompt communication on his part, and in turn, will receive a swift response on my part.
