Review: I called and scheduled an appointment with Raphael P[redacted] of Digial Electronics. the first appointment he did not show up and did not call. I call again to set appointment for 2pm to repair flat screen tv, he arrived at 8:15pm. He checked the television gave me a estimate, I gave him a deposit for part. He stated the part will take 3 days to arrive, I had to chase him down for the part and to come and install it. He finally showed up late again the TV worked a couple weeks. Contact him again and he stated he would come by the next day. I'm still waiting. He stop answer the phone when I call from my cell phone, so my wife called my home phone and he answer on the second ring. He stated he would be by the next day but again no show or call. I should have checked Revdex.com before setting the first appointment.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund since he can not be depended on to show up for appointments.

Review: On Wed, Feb 20, 2013, Digital Electronic came to my home to repair my TV, at approximately 3 pm. Then left to go get a part. Returned 3 hrs later said they needed to order another part and would return on Sat Feb 23, 2013 to complete repair work. [redacted] the owner and repairman said he needed a deposit of $160.00 and another $160.00 would be owed on Sat. He left the TV unplugged with the back and screws left off. On Sat Feb 23, I waited all day and evening for the repairman to return. He did not show up or call to say he was not coming. I wasted a complete day waiting. On Monday, Feb 25, 2013 I called and was told he didn't come because he had to order the part and would come again (2nd time)on Sat Mar 2. Once again I spent the whole day waiting for them to show up, no phone call again and no show at my house to complete repair work. I called over 6 or 7 times Sat and left messages to call me back. I even had friends to call their phone. I left voice messages that if I did not hear from them by Monday, Mar 4, 2013, I would call the Revdex.com. I still got no return call on Mon concerning messages left all weekend. This is no way to conduct business. I want my money back, I want them to put the TV screws and back TV cover back on my TV. My time is just as valuable as there. I have given up 3 all day Sats for them to repair my TV, and they didnot even have the professionalism to cancel their scheduled appointments. I want a settlement of funds returned of $160.00 and my TV back put back on with no charge. I would not recommend this fradulent company. I don't believe Digital Electronic has any intentions of practicing fair practice in providing exceptional or fair customer services. Do not use this company. I would like to know who else I can contact besides Revdex.com to get my money back and to let other consumers know not to call this company for TV repair or any type of repair work. They are not a reputable company to give your money too. Please help me. Thank you. They owe meDesired Settlement: I want my $160.00 refunded and the TV back cover and screws put back on my TV. I want their business investigated for fraud and bad business in customer service to the [redacted] area. I don't think this is a reputable company and they need to be put out of business if this is the way they provide professional customer service. They could have at least called both times to cancel their appointments with me and returned my calls concerning when they were going to come back and finish the service

Review: This business came to my house to repair my TV. The service person told me that I needed a new circuit board for the TV. At the time of the visit he charged me for the board and the installation and said that he would order it and it should arrive in a few days, after which he would schedule a time with me to install it. While he was there he did something to temporarily fix the TV. After a day I called him and told him that I wanted to cancel the order because what he did seemed to fix the problem and we wanted to see if the fix would stick. Since that time, this business has not come back to fix the TV nor have they refunded my money. They have not responded to multiple phone messages. I did speak to someone who answered the phone and she promised that someone would return the call. I've not heard back from them. The visit to my house was on 2/23. I've left at least 6 messages with them.Desired Settlement: I want my money returned for the product and service that I haven't received. I do owe them money for the initial visit, which I'm happy to pay. But I want the remainder refunded.

Review: On November 27, a technician from Digital Electronics visited my home to take a look at my Toshaba 43" Television. After taking a look at it, he determine that there was a problem with the Television and it was going to cost me $200. He requested a down payment of $35 for showing up and the balance was to be paid upon completion. He opened the television and took parts away. He returned one time to replace the part but it was the wrong part. This was some time in December. After that, he did not return to replace the part or fixed the TV. I have giving the company more than 5 times but no technician has been seen sent nor do I received a call from anybody as promised.Desired Settlement: fix the tv for time wasted

Review: On June 1, 2013 I contacted digital electronics and asked if they could repair my TV that was taking about 35 min. to come on. a service person came the same day, said he could repair the TV, I help him dismount the set as he did not have a helper, he than dissembled the set and after a while decided he needed to order a part that would take two days. he was asked to remount the set until he returned with the part. the TV has not worked since he left, there are several parts screws,clamps bolts ETC. he did not replace. After several phone calls, which resulted in lies about when he was coming back. nothing has been done. He collected a service charge and has not returned any phone calls.Desired Settlement: Let me know if you can't or do not wish to repair the set.

Review: In Oct. 2012, I called to have my TV repaired. [redacted] came to my house assessed the TV and determined which part had malfunctioned. He took the part and said he needed it to order the new part. I contacted [redacted] a number of times starting in Dec 2012 and continued to get his voicemail. He never returned any of my messages. On March 19, 2013, I finally got him on the phone and he said he would return it. He never showed up and never called.Desired Settlement: I would like for him to return my part or replace the malfunctioning part.
