resolved a day or two before the first notice of complaint was received by our office.Mr. [redacted]'s frustration was due to an error with his account that caused his access code to become inactive and to further the situation, in the same week, our main [redacted] cable line was accidentally cut by a construction rode crew rendering us without phone or internet for a couple of days. When we spoke with Mr. [redacted], we expressed our apologies as well as made a concession toward his account for being inconvenienced.
