No integrity, no customer service, allows outsider access
Initial engagement: May 30th, 2022
I was not a pushy or bothersome customer. This was the 2nd time that I did try and reach my case manager. I had additional information regarding my account.
I sent an email during the early morning on the 9th of June. When I did not hear from the case manager and kept seeing unknown devices logged in to my computer, I started
getting nervous. I phoned the case manager at 7:31 pm on the 9th and left a voice message. On June the 10th after not hearing from her, I sent an email at
6:23 pm which I got a response that she was out of the office until Sunday. The response I got was not automated and came in about 15 minutes later, about 6 words and came across gruff. I called the main number twice, once leaving a message for
anyone to call me back, and sent a text, I wanted to know if it was them in my account with an unknown device from Taiwan or not. I saw this device in Google as a device logged in to my google account.

Digital Forenscis states on the outgoing message they will return your call within certain time frames for emergency and non-emergency situations.
I never received a call back, ever. On Sunday, the case manager was back at work at 5:00pm. After the emails and the voice messages you would think I would get a call.
No, I called her extension at 6:54 pm and left a message. I called back at 7:01 pm and did not put in her extension as I wanted to speak with anyone else at this point.
The case manager then answered the main line. She was rude and not helpful in the least. She stated she did not read my email and laughed when I told her of the things
I had found in my computer. This was the last time I spoke to her and that is fine by me.

The case manager who works for the company I paid to do a service totally avoided me for no reason that I can think of that I did. The second and last time she avoided me started
on June 23rd. I called and left a voicemail at 10:36 am. I knew she was not in yet but thought maybe she would call me when she got in.
I sent an email at 11:15 am, remembering she said she did not check voicemail so I would do both. Now this is a Thursday, and the case manager works pm hours. I called at 9:33pm and left a message. I figured I would definitely hear back before the weekend. I never heard anything. On the 24th, I called a phone number from the website (567#) at 730am asking for a call back. I called
the case manager at 412pm and 1022 pm. I sent a text also around 9:00pm. I never heard anything from anyone. On the 25th I sent a text message to the non- emergency line explaining my attempts
to speak with the case manager and asked for them to PLEASE call me. Eventually on the 26th I did get someone and told them I no longer wanted their service. They offered me a 10% refund.

When you trust a company with all your personal information, a call back would be nice. My case manager on two occasions totally avoided me. She did it
intentionally, and purposefully. Why? I do not know. It makes me very uneasy. It made me more than uneasy the 1st time when she left for a long weekend supposedly and I had no contact
there to call and advise that there were unknown devices logged into my google account from Taiwan. I have screenshots but nobody cared. I just shut off their access from my Google account and
and went about my worrying. Granted I could only afford the $499 cheap seats and would wait 60 days for any results although they took all my information right away (and my money). I do not know why they just did not wait until they were ready to work on my case to do the Takeout from Google. I did give some information to them, and they did not follow up or when I had more
they did not even care to hear it. In the contract there is a paragraph that both parties are to keep the other informed and communication should be in a timely
manner. My case manager broke the contract on June 9th when she never returned my phone call and left for the weekend with no referral to an alternate case
manager to handle any problems. I may not have money to sue them for my $499, but I will continue to post these reviews and tell my opinion. I would love
to see the case manager dispute this.
Update: 09.27.22
The customer service manager did contact me and offered me a refund to remove any reviews I posted. It was agreed that legal would provide me with a letter addressing the following: I wanted assurance no other entities or law enforcement had access to my data at any time. I also requested a forensic accounting of how my data was accessed, the date it was destroyed, and how. I wanted to know when the techs accessed my data and who it was. The customer service manager went to legal, they agreed. The last I heard on Aug 30th in an update email it would be soon. I think they changed their minds. They contacted me at least 3 times a week to work out an agreement, now crickets. They still have my money. The integrity of this company is very poor. Very poor!
