We assisted this client with a web based investigation, and produced factual information that was present in our investigationThe client was unsatisfied with our results, thus we offered a $refund in great efforts to please the clientWe asked for the client to sign a refund agreement that essentially protects her and us from any further action and establishes that our business has concludedThe agreement part about reviews is simply on new reviews, we do not ask our clients to remove reviews as we see them as opportunities to become a greater company, however in the agreement we ask for an understanding that if we are refunding that our business has concluded and the client will not continue to bash or slander our company after they have collected their fundsWe would still like our client to walk away from this happy and we are more than willing to work with her

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Digital Forensics DID NOT try to contact me , THEYT tried to AVOID me, I HAD TO CALL THEM SEVERAL TIMES, only the last time after I actually contacted Revdex.com did they now call me back, as a matter of fact, Adam m [redacted] specifically told me they were not rated with the better business buries and he sold me this bill of goods under parentheses, otherwise known as lies, Adam m [redacted] said we are not under the better business buruea we are a government agency and have a government license and will lose it if we scam anyone, he gave me this license number, even sent me a link of something that matched it in order to get me to sign on, can they provide you the matching link that goes to this govern,meant license number that they provided me early on to sign on and spend with them after they lied and said I had the most infected computer they had ever seen? Government contract number he gave me is [redacted] I have the original note I wrote it on while we were speaking, I have yet to see my contracts, did they provide you a my contracts, I would like to see if they are using the forged signature, I did sign some electronic things but I could never get them to print out or EVEn ghet a legible copy to read, I have a witness at office max, every time we tried to print the document the shrunk to 125% of a page size and blurred out, but when I called this company back they said don't worry about contracts right now just pay the fee so we can get you the IP address and you can take it to the policeIt sounds pretty convincing to me, Adam m [redacted] is the one who made all these guarnatees, I don't expect to get any money back, I have been in customer service in banking for over ten years and now own my own pet sitting service and trust is most importantI cannot and will not sit by thinking that old people or worse yet young kids like my daughter will get [redacted] by these [redacted] , It's not right that they are using fear and living, its my own fault but he said she said, I'm not going to sit by and let them take advantage of anyone leaseI ***s's they will have to use a new business name if they are going to lie and cheat to get business Regards, [redacted]

I spoke with, at least reps from Digital Forensics and have numerous emailsI did not know I should have recorded the phone callsI was promised that the Phase Report would have readable emails that could be presented in courtThe report contained numerous references to emails but none were readableMulitiple associates assured me, verbally, that the scattered information on Phase 1, would be usable if I paid $for the Phase ReportI was directed to Digital Forensics by a private detective in FloridaI intend to contact that agency and tell them that they should not recommend Digital Forensics to anyoneI would have been happy to pay the fee if there was any info in the Phase Report
