Review: There is no way to end your subscription with this company. You can write an e-mail, but they won't respond. We were charged for 3 months after we wrote numerous e-mails requesting an end to the service. Its very easy to start a subscription, and the service was great. We never noticed there was no way to cancel the monthly fees when you no longer needed the service.Desired Settlement: We would like reimbursement for the ongoing charges to our account.
