I ordered and paid for 6 tee shirts at the Girls 8U State Tournament in [redacted], TN on the weekend of July 11-13. The shirts were made by Digital Graphix and the check was also made out to Digital Graphix. I was told that, since we didn't have a minimum of 9 shirts in our order, that the tee shirts would be delivered to another team in the area and I arranged to pick them up from the Goodlettsville Team Mom when our orders came in. I was diligent in checking in with the team mom so that I could pick them up and distribute them to the parents of our team who ordered them. I have kept correspondence between myself and the [redacted] Team and between myself and [redacted] from Digital Graphix so I am clear about details. The [redacted] Team got their shirts and ours were not included in the order. So Icontacted Digital Graphix ([redacted]) by phone on August 6, 2014. He assured me that he remembered that the [redacted] Team shirts and our shirts were shipped separately, but that I should get mine any day. I spoke with him again after August 9 and he said that the Tournament Director had mistakenly left them in the back of his car. He then assured me that they had been sent. I emailed him again on the 25th and explained that the shirts had still not come. He told me that he was frustrated too and suggested that I call the tournament director who was supposed to have mailed them to me. I was very shocked that a business would ask a customer to track down an order that they never sent, but I spoke with the tournament director that day and he, too, assured me that they were mailed out once, returned to him with the wrong address and that his wife was mailing them out that day. Here it is the 12th of September and we still have not received the six team shirts that were bought on July 13th. I emailed Digital Graphix and they did not even respond to my email. Our team won the tournament; and the parents and girls were so excited to get a shirt to remember. Very disappointing.Product_Or_Service: 8-U Girls' Softball State Tournament ShirtsDesired SettlementI believe the right thing to do in this matter is to send a replacement for the shirts that obviously have disappeared. I also believe that Digital Graphix should offer a full refund or at least a partial refund for the shirts that were $18 each because of their poor customer service. There's is not the only reputation at stake here. I took money from the parents of our team to pay for those shirts, and they are all wondering where the money went and where their shirts are.Business Response My name is [redacted]. I make tournament shirts for local tournament directors to sell at their tournaments. In this case we sold out of tournament shirts and agreed with the director to make more up and send them out to the teams. This is the first time that I have ever provided an service like this. I personally sent out several orders (13 orders) which reached their destination in a timely manner. This particular order was turned into the tournament director by the complainant and I did not even have the information of who to sent them to. The tournament director had that information and told me to simply give him the shirts and he would send them to her. That is exactly what I did. Once I received the complaint that she had not received her shirts I confronted the director and he informed me that he had over looked them and was sending them out that day. He later informed me that they were sent back to him because of a bad address. He and the complainant further discussed the shipping problem and he told me that he sent them out again. I have since talked to the director and he assured me that they were sent and not returned. I delivered the shirts that were paid for to the tournament director that she purchased them from. She says that in her complaint that he told her that he shipped them out. I continue to try to resolve this issue, but as far as my personal business goes, I have delivered what I was paid to do and things have gotten hung up with a "middle man". We are both the victims of a middle man who dropped the ball and I am trying my very best to get this resolved.Consumer Response Dear Sir/Madam -The check that I wrote was written to Digital Graphix Screen Printing. That check has cleared my bank account. Digital Graphix is the producer of the t-shirts and their acceptance of my check seems to establish their responsibility to fill the order and insure its delivery. As far as I am concerned, Digital Graphix is trying to pass the buck. It is important to note that several more days have passed and the t-shirts are still not delivered. This matter remains open and Digital Graphix is still not fulfilling its responsibility. Thank you for your continued attention in this matter. [redacted]Final Business Response
