Review: I hired Bollywood Weddings as my wedding photographer in August 2013. I have been going back and forth with them for over a year and have yet to receive my wedding albums. The owner, [redacted] and his partner [redacted] are unresponsive and have demonstrated no communication. They took my money upfront for the events, and refuse to answer my calls and emails. They are unprofessional and quick to take your moeny. This whole experience has been a nightmare for me and my family.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive what was outlined in my contract with [redacted] and Bollywood Weddings. My wedding albums.

Review: We recently got married on 7/4/14 and used Digital Impressions Photography ([redacted]) as our videographer. We had met a few times prior to our wedding date to discuss the contract, agree on a price and timeline for delivery, etc. At that time, we had emphasized to [redacted] our main concern of not wanting to fall into a trap of waiting several months post wedding to receive the video.[redacted] ensured us that he would deliver the product 4-6 weeks after our wedding date. It has now been 7 months past our wedding and we have not received anything. To make matters worse, we have tried several times to reach[redacted] to discuss this and for the most part, he is always not able to be reached. At one point when we were able to reach him, he had informed us he would send a link to a video proof after Thanksgiving, which we never received. Most recently, we contacted his business partner to try and find out what the status of our product is. We also gave them a date of January 16th to finally deliver our product.Desired Settlement: At this point, we would like to have Digital Impressions deliver our product complimentary, given all of our stress and frustration. I am not requesting a refund as I would like to have video of our wedding. If it was not a big event, then I would consider requesting a full refund.
